I was contacted by a recruiter, but after spending over an hour completing a detailed application, I received an immediate automated rejection. It is clear their AI filtering system is overly aggressive and doesn't genuinely consider the candidate's time. For a role where the compensation is on the lower side, the application hurdles are disproportionate. It felt like a waste of professional effort.

Bad experience
Job Duck connected me with a law firm that turned out to be a very negative experience. The work environment felt discriminatory, and I did not feel respected or valued. I was not allowed to share ideas or suggest improvements and was repeatedly told to simply follow instructions.
When I decided to leave the position due to this environment, Job Duck’s HR misrepresented the situation to the law firm by saying I was fired, which was not true—I chose to leave.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of transparency and support.

Exploitive and disorganised!
I strongly caution job seekers, particularly those from developing nations, to thoroughly research JobDuck before considering employment with them. My experience with the company has been deeply disappointing, marked by unfair compensation, a disorganised hiring process, and a lack of respect for candidates and employees.
Despite requiring degrees or prior experience, JobDuck offers salaries that are a fraction of what their first-world counterparts earn for identical roles and responsibilities. This pay disparity is unjust, especially given the high skill level expected. It's BLATANT EXPLOITATION!
Lengthy, Disorganised Hiring Process – The company conducts multiple rounds of interviews (often with unnecessary delays) for roles that ultimately offer minimal compensation. The lack of timely feedback if any is provided at all demonstrates a clear disregard for candidates’ time and effort.
Unprofessional Client Interactions – Employees are frequently subjected to rude and demanding clients, with little to no support from management to mediate these situations.
Lack of Transparency – JobDuck fails to provide clear communication regarding job expectations, feedback, or career growth opportunities, leaving employees in the dark about their professional standing.
JobDuck’s business model appears to take advantage of skilled professionals in developing countries by offering substandard wages while expecting first-world standards of work. The company’s unprofessionalism, poor hiring practices, and unequal pay structure make it an unreliable and unfair employer. I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made.

despues de 2 entrevistas, test de internet, test de PC,me pedian la misma informacion por mail y whatsup, y tenia que reenviar 2 a 3 veces los tests, les di mis 3 excelentes referencias, y finalmente, recibo un mail de la reclutadora: Victoria Fierro Rodriguez, diciendo que no continuarian con mi proceso.
Ya estaba en la etapa final, es decepcionante, nunca tuve ese destrato con ningun proceso de seleccion.

This is Gilbert Lopez, Job duck is the most racist. I am a Mexican citizen who's looking for a remote job as a office assistant. I was sent a message via whatsapp just to confirm that they will be placing me as not an office assistant but a paralegal. I responded that I did not feel comfortable but if they felt that's how I would be getting a job faster, it was okay. I was consecutively interview by a hispanic lady who spoke spanish and horrible english. I don't speak it that horrible but she just had a horrible attitude as soon as she saw me on video. Maybe she didn't like what she saw or did not approve of the slight accent I have. In any case, we have a saying in mexico " the worst enemie of a Mexican is another mexican" and this was the case. My issue is just that, and the fact how they placed me to be interview for as a paralegal when I wasn't that comfortable with the prompt decision. I haven't been contacted ever since. This is prejudice on my look or accent. Shame shame.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
I would advise exercising caution when considering involvement with this company.

Worst experience ever, caused me nothing but anxiety and depression! They hire and fire every single day, the clients are always right so forget about your side of the story being heard or whatever, I don’t wish that experience on my worst enemy.
Unprofessional
I had a job interview scheduled with Estephany Porras which was cancelled last minute. While I appreciate the company's values, I have noticed candidate's time not being respected and it could be due to the some Job Duck staff not working because I didn't even receive an email directly from Estephany Porras explaining why my interview was cancelled which could happen due to unforeseen circumstances can arise.
I believe that improving ethics, recruitment practices could enhance employee experience, efficiency and benefit both your company and those who interact with it.

Do not waste your time with Job Duck, you never received professional treatment, you are offered the most ridiculous salary offers and on top of that, their duty descriptions are very demanding, which is not a problem but they should pay for what they ask for.
NOT WORTHY
Don't waste your time doing this process. They will tell you, you cannot continue with the proceeds. After a long time answering questions, doing interviews, and doing some tests, you just waste your beautiful time. They say they will pay you when doing the training process, that a huge lie, they don't.

Positivo: El pago estuvo siempre a tiempo.
Negativo: El proceso de selección es largo y tedioso, a la hora de tu contratación es una apuesta si te asignan a una firma negligente o buena. La primera vez me contrató una firma que no tiene el más mínimo respeto por sus empleados, no tienen interes en mejorar sus procesos y tienen una alta rotación de personal. En la segunda firma les dije quemi intencion era durar varios años (supuestamente eso tmb querían ellos) y a los meses me despiden, la chica que era mi contacto me dijo que ella no veia ningun problema en colocarme en una firma ya que en mi expediente se veía que era una persona eficiente y tranquila, al cabo de unas dos semanas me manda un mensaje predeterminado donde me dicen que ya no me pueden colocar en otra empresa, asi que no tengo finiquito y tampoco se preocupan por colocarte en otra empresa A PESAR de ser un buen candidato. Tampoco te ayudan o dan seguimiento a menos que te vayan a despedir, solo para eso si hacen junta. No confíes en su palabra.
No dudo que todas las supercalificaciones que ves sean bots.
