After having the car for 2 weeks, didn’t really explain what actually happened to it.
The staff seemed totally uninterested just wanted me out

I was met with a very helpful gentleman…
I was met with a very helpful gentleman at the service desk who confirmed what would be done to my car for the service, he asked if I needed the car back within a certain time and advised they would keep me updated on the progress
Within a few hours I had a notification that the car was in the workshop and currently being given a health check with an accompanying video. My car was cleaned like new inside and out on collection and was ready earlier than requested which was great

Everything was fine
