The whole experience was brilliant
The whole experience was brilliant. Starting from collecting my car at my home & Mark in the service department, keeping me informed of all work being done . The driver who returned my car ,was very polite & friendly .Thank you to all the team at Aberdeen.

Very poor customer service
Really really bad buying experience with some of the worst customer service I've had to deal with, best avoided, this was the second chance after previously been let down by the vw part of the group . It started from the day i collected my car and waited 2.5hours for paperwork to be completed that i was informed would have be done ready for my arrival. Then my car was scratched and rusty but i was assured its not a problem it will get sorted, i genuinely wish i never handed over the money for this car. Then i dropped it back a week later to be fixed. Truly a terrible company to contact and deal with. Lie after lie followed by excuses.. ....no words left just now and no comments from Dacia either as per usual. If you want a rusty car from factory then waste 22k at Dacia. It concluded: i eventually got my brand new car back after 45 days of chasing, calling ,, calling, calling more , getting lied too, listening to every reason why its taking so long and why they can't help me. Then it came back and surprisingly nothing had been done. So for 7 weeks my car sat in the garage then was returned to myself having no work done to it followed by more excuses of why it should have been carried out but wasn't. Absolutely disgusted. Never again, complete lack of respect for customers. They need a proper retraining session with all staff as its not acceptable level of care or service. Now gear lever surround pops off when fancies. Your body shop did nothing with my car, unfortunate to your customers that you think its acceptable to sell a car with surface corrosion built in. Caroline, give me your number and I will call you directly as I don't think you have been told the full picture.

Thank you for taking the time to write. Although it is disappointing to read that in this instance we have not met your expectations, your feedback is very valued.
I understand your stance, However I feel it important to provide some further explanation on your points raised.
Upon discovering the imperfections to your vehicle, please be assured the team at Specialist Cars supported the best way we could with your customer services case with Dacia. I appreciate that the case process took time, however this ensured that the matter was investigated in full, before their final decision was made. During this period, you were offered continue use of your car, without risk to your claim.
I appreciate the outcome was not as you had hoped for, however we are confident our team kept you suitably up to date with the progress of your case, and upon closure we transferred your vehicle to our Bodyshop. I understand you were not completely satisfied with the work carried out, however you have rejected our offer to revisit this.

Booked in no problem, opted for waiting whilst car serviced. They kept to time and were very friendly and helpful.

The dealership is very clean
The dealership is very clean, well laid out and the staff are polite. Leaving my Dacia at approx. 0830 it was ready slightly earlier than expected and I was updated. I used the toilet, although an embarrassed staff member burst in by mistake, got a good coffee and was even offered a free car wash. All in all a very good experience with great quality of service.

Greedy Aberdeen Audi.
After waiting 1 hour for my 2nd year service to be carried out, I was approached by service manager and told the car would also need brake fluid changed out at an additional cost of £99 then told if I didn't approve work to go ahead on extra work they would not reset the spanner service light on my dash, basically held to ransom. I kindly rejected the extra work and drove home again with service light still on my dash. This should of been explained to me prior to bringing in my car, it is an absolute money making racket and I was left severely disappointed with my local Audi dealership, to be pressurising / bullying customers like this is the reason I have given 2 star rating. Sorry but wont be back, I will continue to use my local friendly garage who I'd much rather give my custom.
