On going to view a car I had seen online, I had phoned the garage prior to my visit and advised a time that I would attend. On arrival, I had to wait well over an hour before I was able to take the car out for a test drive, as the few personnel available all appeared to be ‘ran off their feet’ despite there only being a handful of customers there at the time, and having to wait for trade plates despite there being plates from their test department available.
After purchasing the car, i had agreed a time to collect the car, and despite me arriving late, the car still wasn’t ready and I was advised that the car was still at the valet.
Overall, not the best experience as the garage seemed a little disorganised, albeit the personnel did all appear to be friendly and helpful, but possibly just understaffed.

Steve Geddes made it a good experience, he was very knowledgeable. And other staff spoke to me while i was waiting, even being offered tea\coffee after our trip from Inverness to Aberdeen.
But as you are not able to take payment at the weekend had to make two trips to Aberdeen.

I’m really happy with my experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly and they took the time to explain everything properly and answer all my questions. What I really appreciated was that they listened to what I actually needed. I do a lot of miles, so finding the right car for my everyday use was important. They took that into consideration and gave me some really good advice without making me feel pressured into anything.
Even after I collected the car, they called to check how I was getting on, whether everything was okay and if I was happy with my purchase. I thought that was a really nice touch as it shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale. The whole process was easy and stress free and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you again for all your help
