Car is lovely despite being a higher spec than I asked for. Pre purchase I was told that my new car would be delivered to my house. On purchase, delivery plans went from delivery to house by member of staff to transporter will deliver to house and then reduced to delivery to local garage. Then I ended up picking car up from Aberdeen -110 miles away. I was told that it was best to pay me the £200 for collecting than £200 to the transporter company. On arrival to deliver car I was selling and pick up new, the issues / flaws I pointed out pre sale were highlighted by sales person, and then one extra one pointed out. Needless to say JC did not pay me £200 for the huge inconvenience of driving all way to Aberdeen. I was told that 'the manager' said......, 'the manage' has now noticed that...... despite fact that I had disclosed or mentioned the flaws prior to sale. Of course they weren't going to pay me £200 for collection despite insisting, even when I arrived. Feel conned and tricked.

AVOID
I advise ANYONE not to buy a car here especially an ID. I’ve had 3 lots of door handles and endless problems. Phone lines just ring out. Nobody answers. So fed up with this. You ring VW UK and they have slopey shoulders too. Just rang to speak to service manager and the line went dead…..joke of a company. VW AND JOHN CLARK. Stand up and face customers problems!!!

Stephen M provided fantastic service all the way through including initial enquiry, arranging a test drive, ordering a vehicle and being updated throughout as well as managing to fit in handover at short notice during the very busy month of March. He also called to check everything was going well with the car and let me know to get in touch if I require any further assistance. 10/10 excellent service from a very attentive and polite manny who clearly takes pride in his work. Great service from Paul Hardy. Reserved the car and travelled up to Aberdeen to view and test drive. Going through all the process buying the car he was very thorough and professional. Collecting the car the next week all went very smooth. Would definitely recommend specialist cars.
