Avoid This Cowboys
Their Dundee Volvo dealer should be avoided at all cost. The customer service is a none existence phenomenon there. I have bought a £54k vehicle from them from new with delivery mileage which was delivered in an atrocious manner and after talking to their Dealer Principal was only offered £150 by way of apologies which didn’t even cover their admin fee.
Not recommended at all.

I took delivery of my new car a couple of weeks ago, after a long wait (not the fault of the garage). During the wait period I have regular progress updates from our salesman Neil which was good and he was always available if I had any queries. When I got the car I got shown around the key features which was good as it had been some time since i had ordered the car, and he was very patient whilst my 4 year old was there causing chaos. I also later popped in to get my mud flaps and mats fitted and the car was given a hose down for me, nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service.

I was very happy with the service and attention that I received while selecting my XC90, the salesman was Neil Stewart who was a pleasure to deal with through the whole experience.

Excellent service overall. Dealt with Volvo Cars Dundee for ordering my new vehicle, which involved trading my existing vehicle. Communication was very good for the 3-4 months throughout, had to be patient whilst the delivery date changed, although in the end the actual delivery date was only 3 weeks beyond what I was initially told. Good online system for paperwork also. My first time dealing with these guys and highly recommended.

I was looking to change my car from a Mini Countryman to a Volvo XC40. I contacted the local dealership - John Clark in Dundee, and within half an hour had agreed a price (including trade-in of my leased Mini). Test drive a few days later, then ordered my own car within 24 hours. My chosen Car arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and without any hassle. Lots of new experiences for me - like "drive away insurance" - something I've never had made available to me. What a sensible thing. The John Clark staff were all fantastic and made the whole thing easy peasy! Highly recommend this garage.

Neil and the sales team provided a fantastic service; they built the exact package I needed and explained all of the components clearly. I will certainly come here again if I’m looking for another Volvo in the future.

Handed back old car and got new car transactions went well. Private plates were swapped for myself. My only niggle is the car I now have doesn’t come with the alloy wheels that I requested as the don’t make them any longer.

Love my Volvo xc40, very professional and Kris was a great help sorting everything out would definitely recommend.
