Poor customer service and 3rd breakdown recovery in 6 months
I would like to say I have had a swift service like some reviews here and great communication throughout. However the total opposite, we dropped off on the 23/12 after the 3rd breakdown in 6 months. Car purchased here and service levels since have been patchy at best, but this Christmas visit has proven to be the worst. Not a progress call back to be had!! Very disappointed when I brought a luxury product and a real shame I have to revert to poor reviews and social to be heard. I will never buy a Range Rover or recommend Pentland Perth again! Lexus are far better!

No wash or vacuum. I thought the price may
have been reduced to reflect this.
Only just discovered that JCMG Perth no longer handles new Jaguars. Do they still service them?
Disappointing lack of information.

First MOT
I had booked my car in for an MOT at the weekend, although the garage don’t normally carry this out at the weekend they were very accommodating and a member of their team came in on Saturday to do the mot. Top class service

Very pleased with my purchase
Alan was most helpful in assisting me to purchase my car. He was very knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to my purchase and took the time to explain different aspects of the car. he was also very helpful following the uplift of my car in answering the questions I raised when I contacted him.

Perth Land Rover - Pathetic customer service.
I recently called into the Perth show room to enquire about a hydrid car.
I am still waiting for a call back regarding a new hybrid car (price and lead-time). I have now called a couple of times with no response.
Having had my car serviced at the Perth facility last week I enquired about Land Rover buying the car from me.
The used car salesman showed interest and promised to call with a purchase price.
Again I have followed up this week with two further calls and am now being told the person who would deal with this is on holiday.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced ever.

Purchased a car within 2 months had problems, went in to the garage 4 times ( 3 oil & filter changes within 5 months) had no option but to sell it back at a major loss
