Very pleased with tiles packaging and delivery.
Only slight problem was I couldn't order one box on line and had to phone but ok

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, it is great to hear you were happy with the packaging and delivery. Sorry for the confusion, when adding a product to the basket the quantity is in metres, but when you go into your shopping basket, you can alter the no of packs.

Fobb offs all round
Beautiful tiles but clearly ones received not fit for purpose. Laid by a well established tiler, instantly the recommended grout absorbed into the tiles and nothing will shift it.
Almost three weeks on and being fobbed off by both B&Q (point of sale) and Johnsons, both referring me back to the other. B&Q did offer 50% off the cost of new tiles and they would collect the others, obviously that's not an option given they are well fixed to the floor.
Johnson's suggestion, I buy some PPE and acidic cleaner, I have MS so not something I could undertake.
Meanwhile, a kitchen floor which looks dreadful, doors and plinths still off awaiting someone to take some responsibility.

Confused why order came in two…
Confused why order came in two bits….i.e 1no box then 13no boxes the day after. Also too many tiles broken….circa 20no tiles in total.

I ordered sample tiles which arrived very quickly- I love the tiles and quality unfortunately they didn’t match the design I needed but would have ordered them if they had.

Danny has been such an honest salesman.
Needing tiles for a house im moving into, I managed to locate the existing tiles and extend it.
Everywhere online was vastly more expensive however Danny was honest and provided me a good price for the tiles.
Can't thank the guy enough.
