My faughter is 6y old and since my maternity days i kept buying this brand. not knly that items are gorgeous, great materials and cute prints but they last a long time- i even managed to rehome some. The reason for this extra review is to show the quality as i realised for how long we have these shorts. i bought them when she was 2 as i loved this ditsy print- but my daughter loves them more! she is almost 7 and very tall and she cannot stop wearing these shorts: in the house, to city walks in the heatwave, under her uniform skirts or school summer dress- thinks they passed the 500 washes easily and they are still in great condition and somehow they still fit her and they are light and cozy and not too tough kn elasticated waist- she always hated the ones that were tough and kept them under belly:)NOT THESE

The staff were very helpful in pointing out gifts suitable for a baby shower and generally very pleasant and gave good customer service. Have always been very pleased with the range of clothing and toys in the Sevenoaks store with a wide range of pricing.

Great store in Sevenoaks
Great store in Sevenoaks. Lovely staff, very helpful and only came across the brand because of the store being in Sevenoaks. Had not heard of the brand beforehand. Now we shop here almost weekly getting bits for our two boys!

I had a brilliant experience at the Jo Jo Maman Bebe store in Clifton Village, Bristol. The staff in there are always incredibly helpful and friendly. Julie was absolutely fantastic - she helped select lots of different options for me for my niece and god-daughter and went above and beyond to help me. She is a great credit to the company and made the experience a real pleasure! All the clothes in the store are fantastic and a really high quality. I highly recommend them, and the Clifton Village shop in particular.

I received a prompt response the following day after emailing the company out of hours. Both Zac & Stacey were very helpful after I made a stupid error when ordering a monster towel for my Grandson.

Customer Service Superstar
I had an issue with an item I had ordered. It was supposed to come on a certain day and it didnt. They emailed to say it was going to be late. When I asked how long, they said 5 weeks. To say I wasn't happy is an understatement. I sent back an email saying, in no uncertain terms, how unhappy I was and to cancel the order
Step in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 5 minutes later a lady called (sorry but I cant remember her name) who apologised and immediately set about retaining my custom whilst always making it clear if I wanted to cancel then that wouldnt be a problem. She asked if I wanted to look for another outfit and they would cover the difference. She called back a couple of hours later to see if I had seen anything I liked. I told her the item and she said that as i had still went with a sale item she would add something else and promptly added a £15 Peter Rabbit to my order.
The item arrived next day.
The most excellent customer service Ive ever received.
