Ordered over 2 months ago. Paid with paypal(thankfully). Never received the shoes. Contacted customer service and still have not received a response. Do not order from them!!!!

Don’t order from this site. I placed an order almost 2 months ago. Paid for my items contacted customer service and still have not received my items. They keep saying your order is being prepared.

The absolute worst. The sizing is off and they would not let me return. They suggested I give it as a gift. And then never returned any of my correspondences trying to return. I had to file a claim.

I ordered a pair of dress shoes. It took one week to process and another two weeks to ship. I got the shoes 3 weeks after I ordered them, even though they said I would get them in 7 days. When they finally arrived in the mail, they were the wrong size (too small). There is no size listed on the shoes. Super scammy.

I have reached out to them over 15 times to return the shoes. They refuse to get back to me. Horrible company!!!

Don’t order stuff from them, it all comes from China on a boat and there is no way to return it, even if it is their fault. No shame!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes about two weeks ago and I haven’t yet received one email of when they were on their way or if the order is even being processed! Very little communication! Am I even getting my shoes?🤷🏼‍♀️

If I could have given a lower star rating it would be minus 10. Totally useless company. Sent the wrong size shoes and when I sent them photographic evidence. Their ( Support), Serena informed me that they couldn't guarantee that they could supply the size ordered.
Order from these cowboys at your own risk.

Don't order from Jolimall!. The product ships directly from China and takes 3 weeks to get to you. If something doesn't fit, they won't refund you. Emailed 7 times to return some shoes that were too small and they told me I was stuck with them. Scam of a company.
