64 five stars and 32 one stars says a lot. Stay far away from this archaic arrogant and nonchalant estate agent. My experience with them and many others apparently was exceptionally terrible. This is the first estate agent I have ever used that has kept a deposit of mine upon rental application based on a theory of theirs that not all information was provided correctly AND my guarantor on well over 90k a year was not adequate. Still in proceedings with this sham show of an estate agent… next steps…. Ombudsman then court. There is something very fishy about Jordan fishwick. They put making small monetary wins over their customers. Point blank go elsewhere.

Since the day I received the key, I've felt as if I've been robbed. When I entered the house, I immediately noticed that there were serious issues in many areas. However, my emails went ignored. If I have to express my feelings, it's truly terrible—so bad that I don’t even want to say more. It's ridiculous that your company's accountants have repeatedly made mistakes with the simplest addition and subtraction. Furthermore, one of your employees replied to my email, saying that if it weren't for them, I wouldn't even get the remaining deposit back. This is truly laughable. Aren't you supposed to act according to the owner's instructions? The owner is willing to refund the deposit to me; it's their choice. You’re merely acting on the owner's directions. I don't understand why your employees would take credit for this. Even though I'm not a local, that shouldn't be a reason to take advantage of us.

Appalling and really disappointing experience from Jordan Fishwick whilst trying to offer on one of their properties. After viewing a lovely house, we placed an offer. I didn't receive any acknowledgment to this offer for days so rang to check it was received. The offer was received and declined - I wasn't informed.

I followed up with the estate agents to try to obtain more feedback and look to increase my offer, sadly I was put off from increasing my offer by the estate agents. Very unusual. The man I spoke with was very abrupt, rude and extremely unhelpful.

Information providing was poor - I spoke to two different people at the estate agents who gave information which differed to that the seller gave directly.

Customer service was by far the worst I have experienced.

First time buyers, process was very smooth with great communication throughout from Lara Tagg.

We had a very complicated sale of my late aunties flat.
It took 2 years to sell due to the first buyer pulling out after 5 months negotiations. I would like to say that Theo Orr the negotiator at Jordan Fishwick was very professional and always polite. A joy to work with on this sale.

Had the pleasure of Debra from the glossop office sorting out everything for me . Did more for me than the solicitors I had to pay. What a star Debra was and big thanks to Chris for his help. I would recommend Jordan fishwick if you want a quick sale thank you for all the help…….

Recently purchased a house via Jordan Fishwick Glossop. They were brilliant throughout, great communication and kept be up to date daily on the progress of my purchase. Really appreciate the support, particularly from Debra who was very helpful.

Just a nightmare, they treat tenants like pure dirt even though their staff definitely rent as well... It's laughable really but expected from a bunch of uneducated jobsworths - check the website to see the state of the type of people you have to deal with!

We had a fantastic experience buying our first property with the help of Theo Orr. He made the process easy, enjoyable and was always available to help with any queries we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process which enabled us to move quickly with our purchase.

I sold my house through the Sale branch and all the staff there were exceptional throughout a long process which included a couple of failed sales (the buyers pulled out at the last minute but nothing anyone at Jordan Fishwick did wrong).

I want to give particular praise to Nicola Robinson, Olivia Pearce and Chris Hawthorn, who have all been amazing help over the past year. If you want to sell your house, these three will absolutely get it done!

Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow- Theo Orr

I have recently successfully completed the sale of my house and upgraded into my dream home, in particularly challenging market conditions, due to the expert guidance and support of Theo Orr at Jordan Fishwick.

Theo's professionalism and continuous determination to finalise the deal is the reason for the success , and in my opinion he acts both as an Estate Agent and Project Manager, ensuring that both ends of the chain conclude successfully. I think he will progress to the top.

The other aspect which I noted regarding Theo is you can tell that be really cares about the clients which he works with.

He also works closely with an individual called Richard Peck who again provided excellent service and they are lead by a man called Guy Grainer who is very well established across the Cheshire market.

I will be recommending to all of my friends and colleagues in Wilmslow, when the time comes and they are seeking a house purchase, that they reach out to Theo.

Recently we bought a house from Jordan Fishwick and the seller’s estate agent, Lara, was excellent. She was proactive, polite, and a great communicator. The deal wouldn’t have pushed through before Christmas without her being able to coordinate all aspects - excellent!

Awful experience renting with Jordan Fishwick, I don't know if they're deliberately awful or just stupid.. it's pretty clear when you go into the office and meet them.
Pointless deposit disputes, useless engagement and a few GDPR breaches...

I have recently ended a 4 year tenancy at a property managed by Jordan Fishwick and the whole process was taken care of efficiently by Joely from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better letting agent throughout my time in the rental property as any issues were dealt with quickly and without issue.

I was moved in quickly during the Christmas period by Jack and I was assigned Joely Brooks as my agent. From start to finish Joely was always quick to reply and helpful. My flat was maintained and checked by quality contractors throughout my tenancy and they worked around my work schedule. Joely Brooks helped me through the exit process smoothly and fairly and have my full deposit back within 3 working days . From my personal experience I would recommend Jordan Fishwick as an estate agent for myself or others. Thankyou for a smooth and pleasant tenancy especially Jack and Joely brooks.

I would of given more stars if I could .Debra was amazing,from showing me around the property to me moving in .

We rented a house with Jordanfishwick for a year from July 2023- July 2024. We arranged for a time for our keys to be picked up and when arriving at the agency, they told us they didn’t have our keys and to go to the house and someone would give us our keys there. Got to the property, no one was there and was charged an extra fee by the moving van company as we had to wait around for their mistake. After living in the property for a month or so we noticed that there we fleas and we were being bitten despite not owning pets. When we brought this to their attention they couldn’t care less about it and even tried telling us it was our fault and we “must” have pets. A few weeks after that we discovered mice in the property which must’ve been the cause for the fleas. Again no interest. Small things such as loose taps and inspections were fine but if we ever called up and asked to speak to our property manager he was always rude and arrogant. Clearly thought just because we’re students we must be trouble and therefore thought the way we were spoken to and even written too was very passive aggressive and not needed. At the end of our tenancy we had our inspection and out check out inventory where it stated the property did not need a deep clean. We then got a lovely bill through asking for £400 in cleaning fees despite this. We disputed and only had to pay £115 as we left the property in a state as to how it was when we moved in. Clean maybe a few moving boxes left behind and that was all. They just seem to want money out of students and put no care into keeping everyone satisfied.
