Joshua Interiors has been great. Communication and delivery have been efficient and quick.

Smooth transaction online, consistent updates on delivery times and arrived within the timescales quoted. Delivery was made promptly and the goods met my expectations in terms of good quality and as described. Would certainly recommend Joshua Interiors for their positive customer experience.

Great prices, quick to reply via email, love the chair - just took forever to be delivered, had to chase a few times which was down to the courier.

Thank you…very Happy with my Native coffee table, looks so luxurious in my living room.
Delivery was surprisingly earlier than told.
Thanks again.xx

Excellent and prompt service with good communication. Excellent product. It arrived on time and well packaged. I would recommend this company and use them again myself.

I love my coffee table and the service was great.

My order took some time which I was aware of but you kept in contact with me and let me know it’s arrival date. I am delighted with the unit I bought, so solid and came ready assembled. Thankyou

Kyle was brilliant. I had a return and Kyle was really responsive and polite. Definitely recommend using Joshua Interiors - customer service was superb!

Excellent service, prompt delivery, item as advertised, very pleased.

Great quality, easy to assemble.

The chairs were delivered slightly later then advertised hence, only four stars, but once I chased the matter up, the explanation was very prompt. Good communication from the delivery company. The two armchairs arrived well packaged. They are well built, very comfortable and as described on the website which is reassuring when you are buying without trying. Very happy with my purchase.

We thought that the service was excellent. Detailed information was provided about the products that we were purchasing, including care after purchase. Any queries we had were dealt with either by phone or on the internet and staff were very courteous. It is the first time we have bought furniture online so we did feel a little apprehensive. They were very helpful when arranging delivery as initially we thought we might like to wait a few weeks for delivery (to tie in with decorators etc), but then changed our minds. The packages were very well packed and everything arrived in perfect condition with clear instructions about the very minimal assembly needed. I would definitely recommend this company. The website is easy to use with clear descriptions and dimensions, and this makes selecting your items straight forward.

excellent service fro first enquiry to delivery time and a rapid response to a query after sale re how to look after the wood. Lovely Firenze table just unfortunate that there were no suitable chairs to purchase with it. Thank you all!
