Top Class service. Did exactly what they promised and the reason why I used them again.
I was looking for a specific Tom Ford frame. JPOpticians/Spex4less didn't have it in stock but said they could order in AND honour a 4in1 offer.
Amazing price as I opted for all the lens extras and thin lenses
I would need to wait 3 weeks but I got the glasses inside this time and I'm delighted.
My wife is looking for glasses too and I cannot recommend JP/Spex4less highly enough

Very efficient and professional optical service.
I sent me existing frames off to them for reglazing with new lenses. I had them returned to me within a week of sending them off. Very pleased with prices and the the overall experience.

I have bought several pairs of glasses fro JP Opticians and have been very impressed with the prices and service. I recently needed to contact them about a mistake I had made with an order and it was dealt with very efficiently. Really good company.

Unhelpful experience
I ordered a normal glasses frame (no prescription, i asked for frame only) 19 days ago (was quoted 7-14 days), then was contacted about if I wanted lenses in my 'sunglasses to which i explained that a) i didn't order sunglasses, and b) i asked for frame only when ordering. Then today, I got a phone call from JP saying that they got the wrong frame in and no longer supply tiffany, even though again it was less than 3 weeks since it was ordered. They didn't offer to try and source the frame or anything, so now I have waited almost 3 weeks for a frame to swap my lenses into, and now have to wait for the refund before I can then order from somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Incredible product, price and service
Ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses 9 days ago, arrived today and I’m over the moon! Incredible product which was extremely well packaged and presented with all original Gucci authentications, case, cloth etc. Protected in a great sturdy JP opticians packaging. By far the best price I could find these for anywhere. Will absolutely purchase again, ok so it can take 10-14 days but we’ll worth the wait considering the price and quality.

The worst experience I have ever had!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with your company. I placed an order for sunglasses on the 5th of December, and I was assured delivery within 7–10 working days. However, it has now been almost 20 working days, and I have yet to receive my order.
On the 23rd of December, I was informed that my order was with Royal Mail, yet your system shows that the item is still awaiting shipment. This inconsistency is highly frustrating, and to make matters worse, there is no option to cancel my order.
I dropped lots of email however there is no return and also no contact number. I will never use this company and never suggest!!

Outstanding Service & Price
I saw the Gucci frames online so knew what I wanted. A quick Google search showed the JP Opticians had them at a very reasonable cost.
I placed the prescription order on Sunday and they glasses arrived at my door on the Tuesday. No nonsense emails saying they are being glazed, or adjusted or manufactured.
Service at its best and will definitely use them again!

Glasses re glazed
I’ve bought prescription glasses from JP options before but first time reglazing. It was so easy and the delivery was excellent! Thay were returned to me within a week….I would highly recommend them..
