Don't know their ass from their elbow, sending letters demanding £36 to an address 38 miles from where I live, an address I have never lived at, and then saying it's my fault, complete waste of space, should of let it go to court, muppets would of been a laughing stock...

Supported a tenant with clear motives to extract money on a technically. Avoid .
Tenant advised and supported who continued to send letters to landlord parent address who are elderly and known to be going though cancer treatment. My patent still receiving letters 12 months after settlement as did not tie up there business. Earned peanuts on case, supported extraction of money on multiple technicities. Morals do not apply.
