Everything was almost perfect! The van collection was seamless and the drop off very smooth too. The staff at Toddington location were very friendly, customer centric and kind.
I’m the camper itself was almost brand new and had everything as advertised.
Unfortunately one of the beds (the one that converts from a sitting table and benches) gave in under one of our friends which made it an almost perfect experience. We feel that with this configuration the van sleeps 5 rather than 6. We were informed that it seems to be a manufacturer’s fault and it’s currently being looked at. Unfortunately for us that meant that one person had a pretty disrupted sleep. The rest of us slept very well!

We hired a van for Glastonbury. Booking was easy. Staff were professional and friendly. Van was super clean and everything worked well. Beds were very comfortable.

Had a problem with the 240v power having tripped, phoned Just go twice on different days nobody knew how to fix the problem it took talking to someone in Australia who had a motorhome to find out where the trip switch was to fix the problem.
Hired a Just go motorhome 4 years ago and the road into the depot was full of potholes, 4 years later and they are wider and deeper than ever. Good way to test one's driving ability to dodge the holes. Someone must know how to patch a road where expensive vehicles are passing every day

The booking process was simple and great value. I was a little apprehensive about driving this as I’ve never driven anything bigger than a VW Golf but the staff made me feel at ease and friends who had driven before reassured me.

We hired the 6 berth adventurer and were shown around the vehicle by Scarlett who was able to answer all my questions and had a fantastic sense of humour. I opted for the very basic insurance etc and had no issues.

The motorhome was spacious and modern. I was particularly surprised by the size of the fridge which was very handy as we were going to a festival and it was the best being able to have cold beers throughout the day.

The only thing I would say to improve is to point out where the usb ports are and also provide a water carrier as many customers will not be hooked up to mains water/power. We didn't find them until our third day but that was probably our own stupidity.

The battery lasted the 6 days we were there with no issue. Overall a fantastic experience and I'll definitely be booking with JustGo again soon!

People lovely, Motorhomes spot on (brand new). Its more what they don't tell you or say "all this info should have been sent you in your kickstart pack". Insurance is the big one expect £45 a night more for insurance on the vehicle. No one in their right mind would be stupid enough to take a vehicle of this calibre out without full cover and your not fully covered in your hire cost only third party, which is absolutely no good, if you have a wing mirror knocked off you could be looking anything up to £900. If you have points on your license its £10 per point, didn't see that either . Hand over was done by a lovely girl who had very little knowledge of the van, therefore as a complete novice and not having any understanding of the functionality of the van our usage of all the facilities was limited, which isn't great considering the cost of it all. They also ask you if you wish to take out a top up deal which costs £145.00 . Don't do it unless you intend on bringing the van back empty of fuel, LPG, Adblue & freshwater. This has been carefully worked out and if I had taken this offer it would have cost me £109.55 more. So all the added extras and the lack of info, all which they had claimed to have sent me but I couldn't find, really quite soured the start of a fantastic weekend. They don't supply you with a funnel either, so if water isn't as easy as connecting a hose to a neighbouring tap, you need to schlepp water to the van, which is perfectly understandable if wild camping, but getting the water from your container into the van is impossible without a funnel due to the nob who designed the filler cap. whilst we had the facility to have hot water working it was a nonsense, so no hot water to wash with which was also irritating, especially when you knew you had it. So be careful do your research ask lots of questions, probably don't rely on just the internet booking, or before you do enquire with your questions before hand, I would say then your holiday won't be marred with unexpected charges.

The table in the camper we hired was previously damaged and had been badly repaired, it subsequently collapsed on the first evening of our holiday when it was made up as a bed as intended. This meant we could no longer use it as either a table or bed for the rest of the hire period and the 6th birth camper we had booked and paid for was now only able to comfortably sleep 4.
This was not what we had expected or paid for when we booked.
It was very disappointing and meant alternative sleeping arrangements had to be made at short notice. When returning the camper and this was explained it was examined by one of team members who agreed it could no longer go out on hire in this condition and should not have done in the first place, however no one has contacted us since then to apologise or offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused.
That is not good customer service at all and is the reason why I am writing this negative review, just an apology and compensation for the fact that In reality our 6th berth camper could only sleep 4 people would have made a big difference in this situation

The process from booking to returning it after our 28 days, was easy.
We have used them before in 2016.
Highly recommended Just Go

Picked up a shiny brand new motorhome from Toddington and started the long journey to Scotland. Upon arriving at the first campsite in Scotland, we realised the fridge or heating/water control panel were not functioning. On investigation with Just Go specialist on the phone, we realised the fuse had blown. Which was not a good start of three weeks in the motorhome! Hence the four stars in this review.
However, the Just Go customer service was excellent, we carried out repairs, reset the fridge and control panel and off we trotted on the North Coast 500. Motorhome was great after that, a few niggles which were mentioned in our feedback. We are already planning three weeks in another Just Go motor home in France in 2024.

The collection of the vehicle and return was simple.

We had a mystery vehicle suitable for 4. Unfortunately for the passenger seated behind the driver, the side window was small and too high to see out of so their view was restricted. The bed configuration was good. No hooks in the bathroom meant it was difficult to dry towels.

Being able to be fully self contained i.e. having a well equipped kitchen area and bathroom.

Great service and vehicle choice. Everything well explained and lovely staff. This was our 4th hire

We had a fantastic time touring Scotland in one of your camper vans , so comfy and it was that clean it looked brand new / never used before !! Had everything in it we needed , fab fridge/freezer , comfy beds , the set out was really good . We really enjoyed our trip 💕

Staff were very friendly and helpful, motorhome very well presented and clean, altogether a trouble free experience

We had a great experience with the motor home.
It allowed us the freedom to move around and see what we wanted to.
It also allowed us to change our plans cause we had our bed with us.
We slept in roadside stops as well as caravan parks and horse racecourse parks.
The pickup of the motor home was smooth and the information given was helpful with our trip as well as the drop off process.

The vehicle was an automatic ford, and was smooth to drive and handled very well on the open roads.
The difficult part of having a big motor home was the width and height as you need to make sure were you are going in England as most county roads are not very wide in small towns.
Finding somewhere to park was the most difficult part.

This company were advertising a motorhome for sale, in which I was very interested in. At the first phone call enquiry I was met by a rather abrupt lady who said she would pass my details on. I have since contacted a further 4 times! I have not received one call back despite leaving my details each time. Clearly they do not value their customers with their poor standards of communication! Hasten to add my money will be well spent elsewhere!

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The van was amazing!!!!

Excellent service all the way through and the motorhome was just as described which was brilliant.
