Great business that reform traditional recruiting agency into freelancing platform, more efficient than normal agencies without wasting half day in corperate meetings or sending candidates that doesn´t fit for KPI

I have been working with Juucy as a freelance recruiter since Feb of this year and I have only great things to share. This type of virtual recruitment system was very new to me and why I decided to start working with them. Also, from the very start Valentin, Alessandro and Chris were very welcoming and made sure that if I had any questions to please reach out. This really makes a difference in the way I work. Since my time there, they have been a really great and super helpful throughout my time with Juucy. Not only to mention all of the other recruiters on this platform who are happily to share ideas, help if you need, or maybe just to say hello and introduce yourself! :)

This is really new and efficient way of recruiting. There are also so many jobs that us recruiters can choose from and very interesting ones. One of the things I value most is being able to follow candidates’ progress throughout the process. The clarity and transparency around each step make it easy to understand where candidates are in their journey, which I think is one of the strongest aspects. You are also able to chat to the hiring managers directly.

The platform is always constantly developing - new ways of working and programs. The team is super friendly and always ready to help when needed.

I was helped when the position that I was interested became closed. Alternative role was offered just in a few days.

From being workless to getting a job in less than 3 weeks. I must honestly say that Teymur Nabili is one of the most reliable, trustable and honest recruiters I ever met.
He contacted me on a Monday evening (July 13) and shared right away the job profile. He arranged the first call with HR one week later (July 20) and the second call with the manager for the position on Tuesday July 28. On site meet & greet was on August 3rd. At any time he was available for a chat, advises, recommendations etc.

I’ve been working as a recruiter at Juucy for about a year now and have had a very good experience so far.
What I like most:

1) You get paid for successful interview invitations, even if they don’t result in a hire.
2) There are plenty of jobs available, so you can work on multiple positions at the same time.
3) The commission percentage increases the more hires you make.
4) If you consistently perform well, you can eventually get exclusive positions.
5) Communication with clients via the chatbox is quick and straightforward.

Overall, a good platform for recruiters who want flexibility and a compensation model that rewards good performance.
