My experience with Kafene was extremely frustrating. The issue started with a washer and dryer lease where the dryer had problems from the beginning. I reported the issue, followed the instructions given to me, provided photos, communicated with the returns department, and cooperated throughout the entire process.

The biggest problem was the lack of communication between departments. Returns, customer support, account servicing, and collections did not seem to be aligned. I had to explain the same situation repeatedly to different representatives, while also receiving collection-related calls and payment notices even though the return process was still active.

At one point, I was instructed to work with the store regarding a replacement, but that process failed. Later, I was given different instructions regarding donation/return of the equipment. I had to request written confirmation multiple times because verbal instructions and text messages were not enough for a financial agreement.

The process took far longer than it should have and created unnecessary stress. I eventually completed the requested donation process and submitted the receipt and pickup evidence as instructed.

Based on my experience, Kafene needs to seriously improve internal communication between departments, provide clearer written instructions, and stop allowing customers with active return cases to be treated as simple collection accounts.

I would not choose to do business with Kafene again.

Staff was available to answer questions. If the representative didn't know they found someone who did. Also very eager to help.

Process is fairly easy no issues with getting a product thats need and the 90 day payoff works great.

not much to say except for you guys extended credit to me twice now and I very very much appreciate it. It’s cool to be able to get some tires and wheels on your new truck without having a break the bank after the the finance company wants you to mortgage your blood urine and soul just to get a vehicle when you have questionable credit lol again thank you very much. I really appreciate you doing this.

I went shopping for furniture, I asked the salesman about their 120 day purchase same as cash program. I was directed to apply for Kafene account, got approved and they delivered my furniture.i read the application and policy from Kafene. I was shocked at the interest this company charges. I paid off my account immediately, I didn’t want any mixups. I just feel sorry for poor people that can’t afford to payoff their account immediately. My account balance was $4,200, if I paid monthly, I would have paid 14,000 over 18 months, it’s like loan sharking old terms that was banned from my old military days. This type of loans should be banned.

Great customer services. Keeping me updated on delivering the couches and upon delivering the couches they set them up for us. They did a good job. Love the set.

Fast approval versus the competition which I used in the past at this store! Monday June 15th. 2026.

My experience was pretty simple and easy… I only have one issue about the process of paying off my account agreement. I hope soon they have the option to customize the amount of payments and dollar amounts to the customers request. I personally don't like having to make additional payments after the auto draft payments are made from my account Acct# each week. I would like to have one set payment/dollar amount taken from my account that covers my personal needs to pay off my account in a timely manner.
