Ann was Fantastic! Professional yet down to earth, introduced herself and got the job done, will definitely use again, after messaging about 4 plumbers to no response or even reading messages, from booking appointment til the end all hassle free and actually speak to a person on the phone!!! Superb service from KDE. Competitive quote provided and booked in to complete works to a new cooker extractor hood and gas hob installation. KDE tailored the appointments so that the electrical works and hood installation would be completed in the morning and the gas hob fitted in the afternoon. Electricians Will and Jack arrived very promptly and showed superb attention to detail, ensuring a perfect installation and even going to a builder's merchant to source stronger fixings as they weren't happy with the fixings supplied by the cooker hood manufacturer.
The gas engineer Ed arrived very promptly subsequent to the cooker hood installation, very proactive, organised and methodical.
Thoroughly impressed with the service, the engineers proficiency, attention to detail, politeness and tidiness. Would highly recommend KDE and if possible, please ensure Will, Jack and Ed's efforts are recognised as they worked brilliantly as a team yesterday in installing the new appliances.

The person in charge was very polite and knew his job very well. He explained to me in detail what I should do. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

New electric installation and feed to garage installed over a number of visits to suit construction program. KDE maintained contact throughout the process agreeing return dates and time with operatives executing the work in a professional manor.

This was day 1 of 2 separate scheduled visits. Marc carried out the work today. He arrived on time, kept me informed of what he was doing and completed the work when he said he would. A great guy too.
