I ordered a personalised gift for my husband on Sunday evening and was very impressed with the communication and very quick dispatch.

The parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail on the Wednesday. Unfortunately this parcel was never delivered to me and the only tracking info and proof provided was inside a van ! 🤔.

After raising a missing item claim with PayPal Keep it personal were very quick in responding to me and offered a replacement or refund.

Despite not actually receiving my item I wanted to still praise this company for great customer service.

Ordered an oak frame, slight problem with peeling lacquer but issue was resolved by Emma, who dispatched another, all within 24hrs! Excellent response time and customer service, a lot of the bigger online retailers would do well to follow this model. Definitely recommend.

What an absolutely beautiful pint glass for my grandsons 18th birthday, the gift wrapping is amazing, very professional. Engraving is gorgeous, will definitely use this company again. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
