Dan went above beyond in helping us today. He was super polite and explained all when questions were asked. He also took his time to clean up after and ensured we were satisfied with its any issue raised. Thanks Dan from keep moat

I bought a home in Thurnscoe and I needed some snagging done. It was done by Daniel Cuban. I was happy with his help.

Great comminication and customer service from Shona, who arranged for a technician, Jamie, to come out and sort a few minor issues with our property (issues that are expected with a newbuild). Jamie was also brilliant, friendly and professional, and sorted everything to a very high standard ☺️

It seems as though Senior Keepmoat employees can’t respond to enquiries once you’re out of your warranty period. I’ve sent over 4 texts to Tony who works for Keepmoat in South Yorkshire on the Willow Heights development the earliest dating December up to current date. As serious as my concern was, there was no follow through on a promise to supply me with paperwork outlining the regulations linked to my enquiry. Customer service at the very bottom of your priorities Tony?

Hi, I just wanted to say that I had Jay and Gareth come out to do some touch-ups, and they were both incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. They went through every rug I had asked for and really went above and beyond. I really appreciate the great service!

Cat the decorator and all round handy girl has been amazing sorting some snags out for me. Does a brilliant job and proud of her work.

Cat has come multiple times to sort out small unfinished tasks, and she did an excellent job every time. She was extremely friendly, on time, efficient, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The work was completed quickly and without any issues. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend her!

Linda the sales person at Milwood Development in Kilbirnie has been very great and exceptional. She made our process very easy and straightforward and really kept us up to date with even the tiniest of details. So far so good I have no complaints and I’m hoping it remains so..

James did a great job of solving the snagging issues I'd logged with Steve. He has completed the jobs with care and attention and even done some other little bits that had popped up since logging the initial jobs. Thank you so much!

What amazing people, really helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They made it really easy to access the home for measurements and was always available to answer my questions, purvinder especially supported my emotionally anxieties as a first time buyer and single mum! The person who came to sort the issues with my house, Andrejus Negatinas, went above and beyond. I pointed out some cracks in the skirting board and the that my bath had come away from the sealent. He happily soeted the issues plus did sorted some ither cracks in the ceiling and walls as well that I did not expect him to cover. He was friendly and made a great job of the repairs. Would happily recommen

Keepmoat are great at customer care keeping in touch with progressing works. Operatives are courteous and respectful. Works are always completed on time and details explained.
