I've been with Kelly's in St Albans for 3 years now and I have to say, their level of customer service is quite incredible. Nothing is an issue, always so friendly, willing to help and come to a solution for me. This is true customer service rite here, I thought it was extinct!
It seems to me, that everyone working here actually likes working here... especially the guys at the unit, always cheerful. So refreshing. I may keep a unit forever, just to experience the feeling of being a valid customer!

Excellent team and service We have 2 arrangement for storage of our household stuff (6th/8th June 23) in location E14.

On the date of collection, Kelly's team, Callum (I hope I recall his name right) and Nathan, they always called prior on their arrival (and they are always on schedule or even earlier). The whole process went exceptional smooth. They are detailed minded and do care customers' items. They even helped further covering a protector to our loosely wrapped bed frame. We are impressed. They are professional and friendly team that we have a very pleasant experience. We give a 5-star Plus to their service and efficiency.

We do highly recommend them to all.

Nick and Mike were superstars today getting my mum sorted and unpacked. They were polite and courteous and went beyond in customer service rebuilding her furniture, thankyou so much!

Nick and Reece were efficient and friendly. They emptied our 2 bedroom flat ease. Thank you for all you did.

Nick and Reese arrived bang on time, showed them round the flat and what needed moving and they got straight to it. Everything moved in about 40 mins when I thought it'd be double that. Great service and really helpful guys.

Kelly's is the most convenient storage you will ever use - we've used it twice now and it's been fantastic. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Callum!

Amazing services. My boxes were collected today by Mr Tony he came on time and patiently assisted me for the collection of the boxes. He came exactly on time and he informed me prior to his arrival so that I could have all my boxes and items ready.

Absolutely brilliant to have a company pick everything up, keep it safe, then deliver wherever you need with fantastic customer service all round. The delivery guys, Nick and Josh, were great, very polite, nothing too much trouble and very fast. Would give 10 stars if it was possible.

We’ve used Kelly’s on three occasions to store furniture while work was being done on our house. They have been helpful throughout, keeping us up to date with our contracts. The teams removing and returning furniture have been very careful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was properly protected. We shopped around and found their prices for storage to be very reasonable, given the excellent quality of their service. I heartily recommend them.

Nick and Gill were absolutely brilliant, they dealt with an extremely hard pick up location and were so easy going. We had a really tough first floor flat with some really bulky items and they had it all done and dusted in about 2 hours, which was amazing! Incredibly polite, speedy and efficient! Would highly recommend them both to anyone!! 5 stars!!

The team were all so helpful and friendly right from booking through packing and moving. The on the day packing and moving team (Nick, Josh, Andy and Jeff) were great to work with and so efficient.

We had a great experience with Kelley’s Storage.
The guys showed up on time, worked really hard, and were very pleasant to deal with. The overall price was reasonable.
