On accident I ordered the wrong bag for my lens, and contacted them for help and they responded quickly! Good service can recommend and good quality lenses.

I have purchased various items from K&F, and besides the good quality, every delivery is perfectly on time, well and safely packaged, and always contains the items I ordered. Just as it should be. I will remain a customer of K&F.

I have ordered multiple items through Kenthfaith/K&F concept and am very happy with all of them. Especially their batteries are amazing and cheap. I would say they are comparable to the originals (the BLK22 ones, but the same probably goes for others).

I also have a tripod which is really sturdy for the price. The same goes for all the other items, for the price you get a decent quality. Just be mindful that you do get what you pay for when ordering filters. If you want the best quality, you do have to choose the more premium option. You will not get a €100 quality filter for €20.

So far the customer service has always been very helpful.

I'm using the K&F 100mm square Professional filter system
ND32000 + ND1000 + ND64 + ND16 + Soft ND8
I enjoying the system especially for sunsets on the west coast OZ, getting 30 sec's to 2 min's exposures with great detail (using Capture One for processing)
considering the costs of other unnamed brands
I'm very happy I decided on K&F Professional System.

I ordered lens caps that didn't hold for very long unfortunately.

The gymble is great easy to use and I love it. I can see myself using a lot.

Have bought several items,,,all products are as advertised,,,,well made, solid,,,and fast delivery. I am pleased !

It is good tripod

Ordered 10 days ago and it’s still processing. It looks like a scam website, and there’s no way to contact them. They’re like ghosts!

Lite väl trevliga priser. Alla omdömen är 5 stjärnor (...really...) och svenskan är dålig, ibland översatt från engelska, ibland översatt från engelska som först översatts från kinesiska.
Min (stor)bank tvärvägrade handel på denna sajt pga bristande säkerhet, verkar det som. Känner mig faktiskt lite lättad nu att min order inte gick igenom. Handlade på Kaffebrus istället.

Ich berichte hier ausschließlich über meine persönlichen Erfahrungen mit Kentfaith DE.

Update vom 15.11.2025:
Trotz einer schriftlichen Bestätigung, dass meine Daten angeblich gelöscht wurden, hat mich Kentfaith DE erneut per Werbe-E-Mail kontaktiert. Dieser Vorgang ist kein Einzelfall, sondern zieht sich inzwischen über etwa fünf Jahre hinweg – immer wieder mit denselben Mustern: Abmeldung verlangt, Ruhe für kurze Zeit, dann erneut unerwünschte Kontaktaufnahme.

Ich habe mehrfach eindeutig um Löschung meiner personenbezogenen Daten gebeten. Diese Bitten wurden entweder nicht umgesetzt oder nicht dauerhaft berücksichtigt. Für mich entsteht dadurch der Eindruck, dass meine Daten intern weder kontrolliert noch zuverlässig verwaltet werden. Welche Ursache dahintersteht, kann ich nicht beurteilen – die Folgen sind jedoch jedes Mal dieselben: erneute Werbemails, obwohl ich ausdrücklich widersprochen habe.

Zusätzlich wirkt es äußerst befremdlich, dass auf der Website kein Impressum erkennbar ist. Dadurch bleibt völlig unklar, wer konkret rechtlich verantwortlich ist und an wen man sich offiziell wenden könnte. Für mich ist das ein gravierender Transparenzmangel.

Auf Grundlage dieser Erfahrungen kann ich keinerlei Vertrauen in den Umgang von Kentfaith DE mit personenbezogenen Daten entwickeln. Die wiederholten Kontaktaufnahmen trotz mehrfacher Löschaufforderungen empfinde ich als äußerst problematisch.
Aus meiner Sicht sollte jeder, der Wert auf Datenschutz, Verlässlichkeit und klare Verantwortlichkeiten legt, äußerst vorsichtig sein, bevor er diesem Anbieter persönliche Informationen übermittelt.

Been using K&F's Black Diffusion 1/8 filter for a few months now and it works perfectly. Results are as good as the other premium brands -- you can watch some comparison videos on youtube and see for yourself. K&F also has amazing magentic and square filter systems and carbon fibre tripods that I'm planning to try out soon!

Bought the ND2-ND2000 variable filter just to try out because it is very affordable compared to other brands. Worked mostly fine for video at 28mm on full frame, except for the few last steps where vignetting becomes noticeable. Probably best from 50mm when maxing out at ND2000. Overall very decent quality for the price. I don't think expensive filters are worth it when it comes to price-to-value ratio, so K&F have some very compelling offerings here.

Bought an ND filter for my Sony. Worked perfectly for half the price!
