Unreliable Vendor & Incomplete Delivery – Avoid!
Extreme disappointment. I ordered 3 items, but only 1 was delivered.
When I contacted customer support, they acknowledged the missing items in writing via email and promised a replacement. However, instead of fulfilling their promise, they escalated the case on PayPal and demanded an expensive international return to the USA for items they never even shipped.
They stall for time via email while taking completely contradictory actions on payment platforms. Poor communication and zero accountability. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Dear Hatam Safi,
We sincerely apologize for the delay and for any disappointment this situation may have caused you.
We would also like to clarify that we have never escalated anything to PayPal on our end — we only received the chargeback dispute that was filed by you. Please know that we are fully committed to resolving any matter directly with our customers whenever possible.
As promised, the replacement package with the extra product as compensation has already been shipped and is on its way to you. You can track it using the DHL Express tracking number: 358071706260.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions in the meantime — we truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make things right.
Warm regards,
Keratinbeauty

Received my product but two weeks late.. The problem with this site is that they ship the products 12/15 days after the order is placed, so you won't receive your order for two/three weeks and that’s too long

Bonjour Hela Taghouti,
Cordialement,
Keratinbeauty
