Bought a car from Kernowkars, initially everything was good. Only issue I had was I was told every car comes with No advisories. When I collected the car there was advisories for new disks /pads, and told to bring it back in for no cost replacement. I paid in full for the car and took the car away in good faith because of the so far good service. I was provided with an email to confirm the disk / pads replacement at no cost. When the pads / disks started to need replacement I emailed and was told the wait list was two weeks. I felt the brakes were unsafe so had them replaced locally because I need the car on a daily basis. I emailed Kernowkars who have not responded. A month later I have just replaced my rear pads. I’m not a mot technician but all this should have been picked up at the mot and replaced before releasing the car. If you buy a car here don’t take it away with any outstanding advisories.

All good as far as buying car went. Nice car which drives very smoothly. Have had almost a year's trouble free motoring so hopefully passing upcoming MOT will be fine.

Who can you trust when buying a used car? This company!! What a joy to find an honest, reliable, friendly, supportive used car dealer! Forget all the cliches! This is truly the only dealer in Cornwall I would go to again! made buying a used car a pleasant and fruitful experience, great car, great service (which doesn’t end when you drive away!). Definitely 5 stars!
