However, I'm sure there is some hidden agenda that you know about & only time will tell, watch this space!!
You have bullied me through this whole process, it was even put in the court proceeding to the judge how bad your conduct has been throughout, you have been controlling, insulting & condescending in your emails & as for answering a telephone call!!!! Your lack of any respect or regard was overwhelming & extremely unprofessional.
I hope the need never arrise for us to ever have to communicate again.

Ed was quick and responsive from start to finish! We had to change property due to the vendors pulling out of the original purchase however the transition from one property to the next was seamless and we felt like no time was lost or wasted on Ed's behalf. Keep up the good work!

Poor communication, advice & performance.
Take an AGE to carry out the most simple of tasks-years to sort out the simplest of wills & straightforward conveyancing.
Then give the wrong advice-a simple email with free competent advice from a local company proved more useful & accurate than many months of expensive 'with effect from 1 July 2022 my hourly rate was increased to £230.00 plus VAT' 'advice from Kerseys.
At those rates, the least you could expect would be accuracy, effort & professionalism; we got none of these.

We recently purchased a property, which was dealt by Brian Smith, we found him to be thorough and professional. We would not hesitate to use him and Kersey’s again.

Great team who delivered a smooth home buying and selling transaction, even when there was a fine time limit and multiple other issues caused by other members of the chain.
