Patio furniture very easy to order. Only negative point. Delivery company didn’t give an approximate delivery slot. Just between 8am and 6pm

Sturdy shed. Once we worked out the instructions not too difficult to put together.

Wouldn't trust this company again.....parts arrived broken and was only noticeably when putting it together. Now they want me to dismantle the whole thing, package it up all neatly in the original box. I had things being delivered that needed to be stored in it, now I have nowhere to put them.....thanks keter

The actual shed seems pretty good. Metal frame is sturdy. Looks nice assembled. Delivery company excellent.
The reason for 3 stars, the shed goes on sale for 20% cheaper 2 weeks after we bought it.

Excellent service and good value for money and easy to put together

Great, easy experience. Shed looks fab. Only hesitation is that I was not updated when the delivery date was unable to be met, I only found this out when I rang to check time of delivery on the day which was frustrating as we had taken time off work to expect the delivery. No fault of Keter as this was with the delivery company

POOR UPDATES FROMTHE COURIER, PRDUCT WAS DELIVERED AND HAD A DAMAGED PANEL. THIS KETER PRODUCT IS NOT AS WELL MADE AS OTHER KETER PRODUCTS WE HAVE PURCHASED.

A well designed product. Well described and easy to order. Delivery advice was good. I have marked down one point as whilst the quality is good I am not sure it is really worth the price but other suppliers are even more expensive! I would recommend to others.

Wanted to place an order for a shed 10x8 Rosewood finish but wanted to discuss delivery options, phoned 0121 506 008 dialled option 1 then 2 for all other enquiries. Lady answered when I requested information, she stated you have come through to parts???, she said press option 1 twice- so I did that -“just an answering machine”. Phoned again same result. Absolutely useless.

We already have 2 storage boxes and a storage bench so this was the second storage bench.
It is very useful and study but, as with the first bench, we encountered a problem with assembly: the bottom board did not fit into position on one side which then prevented one side (with arm) from locking into position. We had to shave off some of the board to rectify this issue. It took 2 hours to complete assembly.

I had a great experience with Keter’s customer service. I reached out regarding a damaged unit, and Eddie was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond by arranging a replacement part. It’s rare to find such proactive support these days. Thank you, Eddie, for looking after your customers!

Product came well packaged but a single panel damaged

I purchased the Keter Premier 7x7.5 Shed less than two years ago, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

For something at this price point, I expected durability—but one of the door hinges has already failed, making the shed impossible to properly secure. This isn’t normal wear and tear; it’s a fundamental part of the structure failing far too early.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from Keter. I was willing to fix the issue myself, but they refused to supply replacement parts unless the product is under warranty. There’s no option to purchase the parts, which effectively renders the entire shed useless over a relatively minor fault.

A product like this should last far longer, and a company should stand behind it by offering basic support and spare parts. Instead, I’m left with an expensive, unusable shed and no practical solution.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Keter. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

We have had Keter sheds in the past.
This is our 3rd shed and we are so disappointed. Parts were out of shape which made it difficult to fit. The quality of the doors are not up to standard and the fittings that have to go into the top and bottom are terrible fit. Overall the quality is not up to standard and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Excellent quality product, instructions easy to follow.

Don’t order via Keter. Take your money and you get a tracking number that just states we are expecting your order. Nothing else happens.
Just order from another store or pop to the garden centre.
20/4. Item has now been delivered and is damaged. Contacted customer service again.

Generally good but roof is poor. Needs to be more rigid, so that it drains.
