Unfortunately a really bad experience with the customer service. Bowl arrived bent. I emailed to explain this, no response, then reviewed the item, where they then emailed me, I responded and no response again. When you are paying a lot of money for the item and delivery, this customer service should be improved and a discount or refund offered.

As per emails. You are very welcome to return any item for a full refund. This is not only our policy but it is your legal statutory right. We cannot however arrange collection.

Great communication ad customer service.
I loved that I could pick up the phone, and speak to an actual human being for help and advice.
We now have the perfect beautiful high quality item for my daughter's wedding in June...delivered in a very timely fashion...and by Royal Mail rather than other less reliable couriers!
I would definitely recommend to others.
