Great Products. But what has happened to their customer service?
I've been buying samples from Kin Custom for years and have just launched a business using the Shopify app (glitchy). Their products and quality are amazing, but lately the customer support has gone down the tubes. It's near impossible to get a timely answer for orders or technical issues. When they do respond they are very helpful, but this type of delay is very damaging to small businesses that depend on them. I really hope they straighten out this issue because I truly love their products.

Quality Products - High Shipping Cost
The merchandise quality is what you expect for the product price, the print job is excellent. The product creation on the website is pretty easy, aside from not being able to create the product in all available colors with one click, so it takes time to create it for all item color options. The shipping cost is too high in my option, considering that you are charged for each item being shipped even when there are multiple items going in one package to a single location. Bottom line...the quality is worth the cost.

I love Kin Custom and have built a critical part of my e-commerce store around their quality products and drop shipping. I love the branding. How orders import to my Shopify store is sometimes off m,but overall I am very happy and expect to have a long term business relationship with them.

The company can greatly improve
The company can greatly improve starting with the quality of products and the authenticity of their "Sustainable Practices" that are very vague and not entirely clear. It seems as though they just want to add that to their brand just for the sake of getting more sales. Too much going on with their company as well- new things keep getting ADDED, but nothing really getting FIXED. Poor company management and fast fashion for sure.

The worst
They have partnered with crappy shipping companies that do not know how to deliver items.... they also deleted an order thinking my customer and myself werent going to be asking about it when it hasn't showed up in weeks... terrible service and avoiding at all costs....

Products are great quality
Products are great quality, larger sizes are a big weird (longer not wider…) and items tend to take a while to ship/get through production. It may say 2-5 business days but expect 2-4 weeks…

We are sorry to hear that you have had to wait awhile to receive your products. Because our items are handmade, start to finish, we have a 3-business day production time before orders are shipped. Once an item is picked up from the carrier, they assume responsibility of the package. Because of this we can't guarantee delivery times, but our Express shipping of 3-5 business days is the fastest method! We also offer Premium shipping, with a 4-7 business day delivery time. For those not in a hurry and want to save on delivery costs, we offer our Standard shipping, which averages 15 business days. We would recommend choosing Express delivery if you don't want to wait long for your orders! Thanks again for your feedback and for being a valued member of the Kin Custom community!

Things I like about kincustom. The three main things are , easy use of platform to upload designs and use their templates, the quick turn around time and finally their responsiveness to any troubleshooting that arises .

Well I bought a few items I made and so far only one shirt didn’t come as expected and the print was off but all the other items came as expected.
All their items are on point in my eyes. Very good fabrics and the print is really cool.
Professional looks,it comes out perfect if you put the time to design your logos and clothing items.
Really solid on delivering the items too.

Quality at its best

I like their quality products once the design is produced in great detail, although I have been a drop shipper with them since 2022 and this year all of a sudden something has significantly change with their CSV download template as if tampering with codes has happened….i cannot import orders from ETSY to Kin custom many customers have been ordering through me but items are not being processed because Kim custom CSV templates gives error detection issues!

We've used Kin Custom for about a year with many orders. The products we selected after testing (do this) are very very good. Quality, production time, colors...all make our customers happy. The customer service is excellent. Pricing is good. Totally recommend.

Through a series of unfortunate events I messed up several times and almost missed out on my welcome discount for sample products. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me sort it out so that I could get my sample order. I can't wait to receive my products now, and with service like that will surely keep them top of mind when I want to create more!

What makes my experience great with this company is, again, when I have a problem with anything pertaining to my apparel business they go through resolutions to solve my problem. They also listen to my feedback on resolutions as well. That's a very great strength for this company. Custer Service should always be a number one priority for any business.
