Top ten worst things I have ever eaten, it was somehow wet and sloppy. I’m not sure if someone prior to me shoved this down their gullet before then regurgitating it and putting in back on the shelf for my unaware self to lay her unsuspecting hands on and buy but good lord save your money I beg.

The worst beef jerky I’ve tried. Supreme, elite, kings it is not. More effort on the packaging and placement in supermarkets than the meat. Scam

Tried their kings BBQ Beef Jerky as a savoury snack and was very disapointed to find it packed with sugar and enedible as a savoury meat jerky.
Sugar should not be in a savoury snack Ugh!!

I placed an order before Christmas and the wrong number house was put on the parcel.
After endless emails I have been promised twice that the refund has been charged back to my card?
I have been chasing my refund since 21st December.
I was recommended to use this company by a family member.these snacks were just what I wanted but will be shopping elsewhere

I loved the strips then I got grizzle so told newworldfoods they sent me 2 wagyu and 4 beef strips and had no problem love the wagyu but I have had the billtongue ands it's pepper is over bearing n I like pepper b4 review email them they will happily sort you out

Not great. The Jerky all seems to taste a bit BBQ'y, and the Biltong was gross. Really thin and an overbearing pepper like taste. I couldn't taste the 'beef' in any of them. Won't be buying again.

Love them - but recently they seem to have dumbed down to describe them as ‘steak strips’, thus losing all the opportunity of understanding the craft that goes into such a lovely product. Naff.

Agree that it's quite soft... but I don't mind it that much! I have had better though! I like the BBQ beef flavour.

The Aberdeen Angus Steak Strips are the best! Very tender, top source of protein, gives me far more energy than supposed energy drinks or dodgy protein bars. Delicious. Natural. And all British & Irish beef. Worth bulk buying from the website, rather than the supermarket. Customer service is superb, and very fast. Would recommend.

The biltong is too soft, doesn't provide any chewing challenge and isn't Flavoursome.

I have no clue who thought that they were making This biltong the correct way.
I bet the person who decided to produce this has never really enjoyed real traditional biltong. Just because you air dry meat does not make it biltong.
Please stop making this stuff and calling it biltong!
No where ever I have I know sugar to be an ingredient for biltong!

Been south african this is an insult to my heritage and traditional biltong

No order, no response from company. Item was apparently despatched early to mid feb. Tracking ref provided has no info other than "info will be provided once a delivery is attempted" Considering that was nearly a month ago, safe to assume item has gone missing. Written 5 emails across 2/3 weeks so far asking for where my order is and no response. So will be reporting to credit card provider that this business is fraudulent, going to trading standards etc. I get that items may go missing, but to have zero response makes me question whether anything was actually sent in the first place.

As an ex butcher who used to produce quality biltong in a shop and loved it and hasent had for ages I saw kings wagyu gold biltong and was super excited to try it only to be thoroughly disappointed was disgusting and got spat straight out would not recommend far to salty and definitely not done in a traditional way

Just tried the Kings rib eye biltong. It was repellantly sweet and has a soggy sticky texture. It was nothing like proper South African biltong, leaving me disappointed. I won't be trying it again

Says on the packet "extra tender and soft". This couldn't be further from what it actually is, which is the worst jerky I've ever tried. It's completely inedible and so tough. Stay away at all costs, it's an horrendous product...

Found this company great if things are right. Sometimes things do go wrong, it’s then about how it gets sorted. I had a couple of missing boxes on a delivery, took a frustrating week of emailing and calling before it was resolved.

Just had the Wagyu biltong and it has 6grams of salt per 100g!?!?!?! THANKS INSANNNNNNEE! Why!? It makes it inedible

This would be a delicious treat but the salt content ruins everything.
Succulent & very tasty but I can't comprehend why such a fine product would be completely ruined by the ridiculous amount of salt.
A real shame because you can taste the potential.

I used to buy Kings Elite Biltong from Ocado but I have ordered twice now direct and the service is very good. I receive my order within 72 hours of placing it. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated over recent months and now it is not enjoyable. I found Ember, a biltong business run by two brothers and their biltong is very tasty indeed.
