Sounds like we are all having the same…

Sounds like we are all having the same issues with this company, why oh why are they still being used. I placed an order with Crazy Sales on 21st March, still waiting for my goods to arrive. Emailed CS on Sunday and they said that the goods are somewhere at Kinisi's warehouse and they would chase them up and would need to wait for 15 working days for an answer!!!!!!!. I just want the goods that I paid for.

Worst Transport Experience Ever. (And I have had some shockers.)

Ordered two single beds on the 24th of February which were supposed to be delivered with 7-10 business days. As of the 22nd of March, still have not received the products and am not receiving updates when I have reached out to the seller who has engaged them. Kinisi have definitely had the products in their possession since the 27th of February and are not responding to the sellers request for information.

You are the worse transport co. Kinisi!
I was home and they just left the parcels without even knocking so by the time I opened the door to go out and check they had already driven off.
Upon checking the order not only was it not my order, it had a different address label to my address! So it was obvious they didn’t bother to read, check & confirm the address on the order labels were the same as the address they arrived at. Meanwhile they delivered my order to the person’s address who owned the order that I had received.
Why own a transport company if you don’t know how to deliver parcels to the address on the order’s address labels🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible

Terrible. Late delivery, with no ability at all to communicate with anyone in the business. Phones not picked up, no return calls, very frustrating experience. We bought with at ETA of 4 days. Goods eventually arrived 2 weeks later. It's an amazing coincidence that the one positive review on Trust Pilot is from someone who according to LinkedIn is the founder and CEO of a delivery business - uncanny!

Incompetant or Just Lazy....

So here is what I wrote to Harvey Norman

Dear Mr Harvey,
There is much to like about yourself and the company you have built.
Your Gordon store is my local 'go to' for my electrical/IT/Appliance shopping needs.
So after years of satisfied service, quality and price, I thought I'd try your online store - what a mistake !
15 Days to get a 30kg box from Melbourne to Sydney. And for 13 of those days it was in Sydney..
In the e-commerce space you are seriously outclassed.
Your choice of courier 'Kinisi Transport' is a poor one. They are hopeless and are liars. After several days of me trying to contact them they finally returned my call.
They stated that they had tried to deliver the parcel but were unable, implying that it was my fault for not being home. When I explained that firstly I was home most of the day, that the special instructions state: "Please Leave at front door if no body is at home" and finally that I have cameras at home which clearly demonstrate that no body from Kinisi turned up, only then did they change their story and back track.
So finally I said I'd be asking Harvey Norman for a full refund and cancel the order if it wasn't here tomorrow ... and what do you know... it turned up the next day. Kinisi used an independant delivery guy, I asked him "was he busy?" and he said 'No." Jeez! Are Kinisi incompetant or just lazy? ..take your pick?
Today, I have checked Kinisi on TrustPilot and this summer 90% of the reviews are 1 Star !!

Mr Harvey, You should sack them, and until then I will sack you... (hey you chose them, so they are part of your service offering.)
Let me know when you have chosen a reliable courier and then I'll return but otherwise I imagine that, just like the Catch, your online presence will fade away.

Useless and unprofessional!

I ordered from a furniture company 15/01 and I received an email from Kinisi transport stating I’d receive my item between 22/01-27/01. We were hoping to get it before the Australia Day long weekend. It is now 31/01 and I still haven’t received my item! I emailed them 28/01 and I received this response “ Dear Customer, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences this delay have caused you. We are currently investigating it internally and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Regards, Kinisi Transport”

I have called numerous times since and I get sent straight to voicemail, I have left my details every time and have not yet heard from anyone. It’s a big let down from the furniture company, I guess you get what you pay for. Pay the good money and get better delivery/customer service from auspost or startrack! This is ridiculous- I’m at my wits end. I’ll be requesting a refund and ordering from somewhere else!

Item never came

Item never came. They never worked out what happened. They just say they are still investigating.
The supplier is sending a new one as the courier just has no idea and has provided no solutions. It's a very large package. Not easy to lose.

They never show up on the skedaddle date.

The past January 8th I bougth a piece of furniture on Crazy Sales and the delivery company was Kinisi Transport. They ring me 3 days before the delivery day to confirm that the delivery will be on January 13th. They didn't say what time, so, I was waiting all day at home, but the didn't show up.
N3xt day I wasn't in my house, and they ring me to presume to go back to my house to got my item. They said "we have a lot of deliveries and we have to leave your furniture today". I ask the delivery my items in another day because I wasn't in my house And I don't wanted thst They just leave it without attending. Moreover I was wasting my time the all day 13th, But they without any consideration just leave it in front my door and bloked the entrance.
Was areally awful experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Terrible!!!!!!

I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by Kinisitransport. I purchased a standing desk from Harvey Norman on 26/12, and according to their website, the item was shipped and left the supplier on 27/12. By 31/12, it had arrived at the depot in Melbourne, with the status updated to "in transit" on 2/1.

Fast forward to 10/1, when I finally received the delivery—only to discover that they had sent just one part of the order. The delivery driver handed me the legs of the standing desk but completely failed to deliver the table top.

I immediately tried to contact the company, calling, leaving voice messages, and sending emails. It wasn’t until 13/1 that I received an email response saying they would contact the depot and get back to me with an ETA. It’s now 16/1, and I’m still waiting for the missing part of my order, let alone any form of proper resolution or accountability.

This level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this transport company to anyone and will be hesitant to purchase from stores that use their services in the future. Avoid them at all costs if you want a stress-free delivery experience.

Total ignorant company poor service

I ordered on 30th dec.
Told delivery would be 3-6 days
I am still waiting its the 11th Jan. I have been ignored, lied to, fobbed off and my parcel has been sitting on depot since 3rd. They told me they have no drivers. My question is why keep accepting jobs from companies.

Their service is so slow

Their service is so slow, goods sit in their depot for an extended period of time. I would like to know why my goods got into the BNE at 0759 on the 19th and were not out for delivery either that day or the 20th. They won't return phone calls, emails you may get a response in 2-3 what a joke!!

I had my delivery taken to a completely…

I had my delivery taken to a completely different address 7.5kms away from my home, lucky my contact details were on the parcel and the home owner was nice enough to call me. I tried to call kinisi transport and I get music on the line then a message saying they are busy leave to my name etc etc and at the end of their recording they mention>> right place, right time and great service yeah that's crap! they don't even respond to their email unless you are a company! Delivery driver must of been half asleep as I don't understand how he took my parcel to a completely different address!! and to top it off I can see online tracking that it was delivered showing my address so clearly the driver/s are unprofessional and not fully concentrating on there job !!!

Brutal Delivery Driver

I definitely give minus star if it's possible. Can't believe the delivery guy left my 25 kilo parcel roadside and giving us excuse of Austalian Occupationa Health Safety. If its AOHS comes in way the how furniture company and home appliance company deliver the product to your unit? Completely useless and lazy drivers. I paid the full amount of delivery and left my product roadside and expecting the customer to take it to the unit. How Brutal.

Would give minus if I could

Would give minus if I could. Absolutely the worst delivery company in Australia. My delivery is coming from Melbourne to Queensland. Left Melbourne on 6 September arrived in Brisbane depot 12 September. Been on-board for delivery since the 17 September. Emails been sent no response. I called and spoke to someone they said they call me back. Nothing at all. Now the phone goes to answering machine. Disgusting service. To top it off the website says my parcel as from the 17th is in Adelaide not Queensland. Confusing and no help at all.
Edit... finally received 19th September at nearly 7pm. Still no response from the emails I sent and the phone number just goes to an answering machine and that lady never bothered ringing me back.. avoid this company at all costs...
