We stayed at Kip and Nook the night after our wedding, I had realised when we got home that I had left my necklace that I had worn on my wedding day. I immediately called up and they said they would post the necklace out if we emailed our address. We did say we would just come back to collect it but we couldn’t make it down when planned. I had emailed them to say we couldn’t come down and could then send it.

I am still waiting!!! Kip and Nook were responding to my emails, however now they have completely ignored me when I have mentioned this has now been over 7 weeks and I still have not been sent my necklace.

I appreciate this could have been lost in the post, however the ‘person who posts isn’t in until Friday to ask for tracking’. Well it’s now been 2 weeks since then.

The value of the necklace does not matter, I wore this on my wedding day and it holds sentimental value.

What a disgrace.

We bought my daughter some vouchers as they had stayed before. (As had we). It is a great place to stay.
However be careful if you have to cancel at short notice, in this case due to a broken down campervan. There is absolutely no movement on the T&C's. You will lose your money if you cancel anytime after 4 weeks before arrival. They even had the audacity to charge an extra £10 for the dog after the date of arrival. Even though they never got there. This has now been refunded. Won't be going near this place again. They would rather lose customers for the future hiding behind the excuse "to ensure the business can operate sustainably".
