Kitchen Door Workshop Avaliações

Needed a couple of custom sized doors for a DIY project.
Arrived on time and perfectly sized (including holes for hinges)

Perfect!

Replaced all our kitchen doors from old white vinyl covered doors which where looking tired and cracking. I opted to buy the high gloss Slab doors. I ordered a sample door first and was pleased with the quality. The doors were delivered about 2 weeks later. Could not fault the service from start to finish. Ziggy was very helpful with any questions I had. I would not hesitate in recommending this company

The replacement doors were exactly as expected, in style, colour and exact hinge drilling measurements. The wait was 1 month but I think it was well worth it.
The delivery was on the agreed date but I did not receive an update telling me this was happening as planned so had to call to confirm. This also was an easy process as my enquiry was dealt with immediately with call back to confirm. All in all a very satisfying shopping experience

Brilliant experience. We needed replacement Lucente kitchen doors for our Fridge Freezer (which had a damaged door) and our utility room which we wanted to change the colour of. The doors came really quickly and the pre-drilled holes were perfect. The doors look excellent fitted. We are really happy with the result.

Prompt response and good communication

Excellent from start to delivery.

Delivery charges are ridiculous for one item and the excuse is even worse.

And then another nonsense reply. It is one door. Surely its not beyond your wit to use a cheaper courier for small orders? Apparently not....

EXCELLENT customer service!
One door in our recent order had damage to its corner. When we noticed this, we sent a photo to the customer service team and I phoned them. They were very apologetic and immediately ordered a replacement which was with us very quickly. This is the second time we have used Kitchen Door Workshop and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again-highly recommended!

Lovely looking door, fits perfectly, great delivery. Thanks

HANNAH IN CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS BRILLIANT IT TOOK SOMETIME FOR ME TO CONFIRM SIZES AND ORDER AND SHE WAS PATIENT AND HELPFULL THROUGHOUT. ORDER CAME WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND WAS SPOT ON WHEN OPENING.
THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED

Really patient and helpful

Easy web site
Quick confirmation of sample order

I ordered some replacement kitchen doors and they were very good quality and were delivered on time. I have just ordered some custom plinths to match. They will make whatever size you want very highly recommended.

They replied in a timely fashion with an excellent response

I've used KDW on two occasions, 2017 and 2024. I'm impressed by the range of stock and the helpful video guides about making measurements when compiling my orders. The support staff were responsive and friendly when I had queries. Product arrived as promised on both occasions. Top notch company.

Amazing Service and product the only slight problem was the couriers notification is only on the day of delivery giving little warning .

The quality of the product is excellent.
Generally delivery is on time, even if they hit difficulties they let you know.
Any problems solved promptly and with no fuss.

Sales staff (Hannah) very helpful, excellent guide to buying and fitting doors, availability of made to measure and standard doors a really bonus. Ordering process, packaging, delivery and product quality all very good. Slight downside is the relatively small range of ‘decorative / display doors.

Our original kitchen had framed doors and unusual corner units; which required a fair amount of additional work and recycling of some original parts. Used Velspar colour matched furniture paint (with a single coat of Ronseal Satin Varnish) on items like cabinet spacers and corner posts.

Really pleased with result and have just ordered set of door for second phase of revamp.

I spoke to a delightful lady who couldn't do enough to help me, explain things, and answering all my questions.
Nothing was an issue for her.
If the company is as good as she is then they will be first rate, as she was
