I ordered products from this company they were out of stock on one item, they contacted me and offered a replacement at a higher price with NO extra charge to me that is unusual in this day and age, delivery was very prompt. very impressed.

Lack of communication and Product

Generic email received to suggest shipping issue and they would update, I emailed them 1 week later to ask for an update to be told they are sending it again, then to be told 3 days later it had been lost by the courier, they then proceeded to offer a refund or replacement. I choose refund. I don't believe the product was ever available and ever shipped.
