フランスで空港からホテルまでの往復送迎を依頼しました。

帰りのホテルの送迎の車が探せど探せど見つからず、連絡したのですが、見つけることが出来ず、ホテルのスタッフのかたにドライバーさんに電話してもらったところ、既にドライバーは、帰ってしまったとのことです。

送迎料金は、全額返金出来ないとのことです。

私は必死にホテルの前を駆けずり回って、送迎車を探していたのに、待ちもせずに帰ってしまいました。

帰りの飛行機に間に合わないと大変なので、泣く泣く一般のタクシーに乗り、空港へ向かいました。

楽しみにしていた一生に一度のフランス旅行がぶち壊しになりました。

悲しくてやりきれません。

私の心に深く傷を負いました。

二度とこの旅行会社は利用しないです。

おすすめもできません。

新幹線のチケットを予約購入しました。

・システムが未完全過ぎてチケットは何回やっても、駅員さんがやっても予約情報なしになる。
にも関わらず、エラー画面の写真がないと返金出来ないとの返事
それならばチケット発行の仕方にエラーの場合は画面の写真を撮るように記載しておくべきなのでは？
・質問のやり取りも確認せずに何回も何回も同じことを聞いてくる
・自社のシステムをカスタマーサポートの方が理解出来ていないにも関わらず、当日エラーは起きてなかったから返金出来ないと言う

予約情報がないせいで買い直して一本遅い新幹線になりました。
繁忙期なら席取れなかったと思います。
エラーが起きてないと分かるならチケット発行出来てないことも分かるのではないですか？
買い直しにも返金対応にも時間も労力も取られ最低な代理店でした。
中華系とバカにされないように日本の企業を上回る努力が必要ではないでしょうか。

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It's be almost an entire YEAR since I booked transport to mount fuji through them only to be told a day later that the ticket was now not available.

I paid $120 for two tickets and have tirelessly messaged them for a refund to which they have either said "it'll be with you in 14 days' or haven't replied. Since it's been almost a year now I assume they're just going to keep my money and lie about refunding me.

Don't buy anything through them. If you're thinking of a place to buy experiences I would recommend Klook through and through.

I booked a flight to Vietnam but due to the holidays i couldn't apply for the visa with enough time to keep my flight. I looked for an agent to speed things up but most charged twice as much. I paid them for a next day visa and I'm so happy my visa was approved the next day just like they said. I chatted with the representative the whole time. Great communication. Kkday made my day. 🙏

Booked a Shinkansen journey via KKDay website, then told the ticket was not available but would have a wait 14 days for a refund. This still hasn't been received.

Schlechteste Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter! Wir fahren 1,5 Stunden durch Bangkok nur damit uns gesagt wird, der Bus wäre abgesagt worden und das wäre die Tage davor auch schon gewesen. Wir mussten dann ein Taxi buchen und haben drauf gezahlt. Als ich eine Beschwerde über das Beschwerdeformular geschrieben habe, wurde mir gesagt ich soll den Chat in der App nutzen. Das hatte ich den Tag davor schon getan und niemand hatte geantwortet. Nie wieder KKday, ich warte immer noch auf meine Erstattung

Crooks. They change the currency from SGD to USD and charge you +35% or the real price that you can get directly. Stay away

I booked and paid for an experience through their app for a group costing 300+. Only for them to cancel it and tell me we'll refund you in 14 days, but you can rebook in the mean time. Absolutely do not recommend. Use klook instead. Terrible service and terrible app. I'll be waiting and chasing this up.

Update: after 6 hours of customer service between KKday and the merchant, problem resolved! We were picked up by the same driver who dropped us off in the morning. Thanks to KKday for resolving this confusion with the merchant and making this customer very relieved. Thank you.

I booked roundtrip transfer from Osaka hotel to univeral studios Japan on TM mobile. I asked when my rerun trip would be and was told it was one way only. It was a $115 voucher for a 20min ride on a van. Who would pay this thinking it was one way. I tried reaching out to the merchant on KKday and they refused to agree for a driver for return trip. Save your money and just take the metro or an uber. You will not have spent 6 hours on the chat with Tm-mobile and ruin your day at universal trying to find a ride home for your family

I have saved a screenshot of where TM mobile agreed on the chat that it was misleading language in the description

Worst experience ever :
- huge spam from the day you give your email address
- unable to attend basic customer care
- the car I booked for the day I was at the airport just wasn't there when we arrived and did not warn on WhatsApp about the issue. So unjapanese !

If i could I would give 0 star they Just use a law as a scam they wpuld advert museum turin that is located in japan and never stated japan on the title or name I though it was italy as the tickets advertised Just below the original italiqn museum page so I bough the tickets and they refused to g8ve me the tickets Back. Never buy from them

I got basically scamed by this company in booked 2 fast track through bangkok airport.
And no one was waiting for me to guide us or an apology nothing .
Kkday is a not trustworthy at all

I contacted KKday on 2.9.2025 to confirm whether the meal option in my booking included fish only, as my partner only accepts fish.

My email inquiry was ignored.

Through the KKday app, I asked the same question. Instead of answering, the agent simply sent me a link to the official website.

The website description clearly listed only beef and chicken, with no mention of fish.

What makes this even more frustrating is that some KKday reviews show meals with fish or even 生魚片 (sashimi) being offered. If reviews mention fish, why couldn’t customer service clarify this important point?

This was completely unhelpful and misleading. What is the point of customer service if they only repeat what is already online? I expected proper clarification and support, not being brushed off.

For a company that promotes travel experiences, this poor and dismissive service is unacceptable.

The vender refused my certificate and kkday asked me to work with vender by myself. I booked with klook before and they will issue refund right away. Their service is a joke

Yes. No kkday, recently purchase an Osaka Expo Ticket with FREE Have fun in Kansai 1 week free pass. I usually read through out and check the purchase notice. I was confidently booked it as its too good deal but here is the catch.. I was surprised they sent only 1 free pass when I booked 8 expo tickets. Hidden in the details - not in the primary page, not in the purchase notice and redeeming instruction.. Was carefully placed in the unseen last portion was a disclaimer that per order regardless of how many tickets, only 1 pass will be given. If it is laid out clearly, we could have bought separate orders for 8 people. Very con move. Carefully created to be click bait, happy trigger purchase for people to come up and buy. I don't trust them anymore. Better bring the business elsewhere. No customer support willingness. I'm surprised they are based on Singapore.

Whatever you do- do NOT use this site! We brought 3 passes to universal studios, they took me money and hours later after we assumed we had purchased tickets cancelled our order but refund takes up to 14 days! If I could give no star I would!

Dziś doświadczyłem brak zrozumienia ze strony KKsay i w efekcie straciłem 45£. Zalecam skorzystanie z każdej innej możliwości zakupu wejściówki niż z KKday. Oszczędzicie czasu, nerwów i pieniędzy. Bardzo żądło zdarza mi się dawać 1 gwizdkę i tak oceniać, ale szczerze nie polecam portalu KKday do kupowania wejściówek. Jest wiele innych alternatyw.

terrible checkout system. errors galore. no customer service help.
