OMDays Klarity Tax came to my rescue at the right time when HMRC sent me a ridiculous tax return amount of over £20k which nearly gave me high BP…but Klarity did their work and my tax returns amount was adjusted.Klarity tax are very professional,efficient and attentive to detail.

Positive initial experience, disappointing outcome
I was initially impressed with Klarity. The initial contact was very pleasant and responsive, their quotation was competitive and they took the trouble to prepare a written brief.
Unfortunately, the advice delivered fell short of my expectations. I had to challenge omissions from the original specification, and the initial version of the final report did not address all of the key requirements. There were also factual inaccuracies which I had to query, and I had to chase for responses and clarification.Furthermore the position advised by Klarity was not consistent with the subsequent position taken by HMRC, which undermined my confidence in the advice.
I found Klarity courteous and professional in their dealings with me, and I appreciated the effort put into the initial contact and brief. However, overall I was disappointed with the completeness and robustness of the advice.

Doing it right. A problem solved
I dreaded doing tax return at the end of the financial year; not because I had anything to hide, but simply because it all seemed so complicated. And then I found Klarity Tax which brought about the end of the angst. Now, I just hand over everything to them confident that all will be well. And it is. Highly recommend them.
