Communication. What's communication 🤔
The order was placed with an expected delivery timescale. Then nothing. Checking the site to find my order (checked out as a guest) wasn't easy. Eventually I got in and found it hadn't been dispatched. They'd not been in touch to explain any delays. The first I heard was a notification to say it had been dispatched, then I received an email to say there had been a courier delay. By this stage I'd gathered. Delivery isn't free, so no excuses there for the poor service. Couriers have issues, I understand. But that doesn't prevent keeping customers informed.

Hi Rob, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand your frustration and although courier delays are unavoidable we should have kept you informed earlier (didn't help it happened late on a Friday afternoon) but we pride ourselves on service and know this isn't acceptable. For the inconvenience and as a good will gesture we have credited the postage on the order back to your account.
Helpful and efficient
My queries prior to ordering were dealt with politely and efficiently. This made ordering the correct items easy. The order arrived promptly.
