My Vodafone fiber order/installation…
My Vodafone fiber order/installation was cancelled by one of your staff when we agreed a date before Christmas. This is very unprofessional as I did not agree to this and had a day booked off work to be here to be to discuss the best route with the installer
Turned up on time put it in perfectly
Turned up on time put it in perfectly
If you are worried , I'm one of the probably majority of installs done perfectly , don't stress out , your odds of it going perfectly are don't stress out
If I could give Zero stars I would
If I could give Zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. If Circet weren't the only company doing the Fibre install - I would have ditched them long ago. The tecnician turned up for the 1st appt in September and said he would need a hoist to complete the job. I then proceeded to be given a further 7 appointments over the next three months - the 2nd was cancelled at the last minute, the 3rd - I waited in all afternoon and nobody showed. A technician turned up for the 4th appointment again without a hoist! The 5th was cancelled at the last minute, the 6th & 7th I waited in and nobody showed up. I finally got an install done on the 8th attempt - only because CIRCET would have had to pay a fine to NBI for breach of contract because of all the cancellations and no-shows. I had complained numerous times to CIRCET and twice to my service provider but I think NBI is the place to go for complaints...
appointment scheduling
They need to sort out their scheduling and communications around changes. I took the day off work for the installer, no one turned up or called. Just got a text for new appointment and another 3 calls to make sure I would be there.
Some bad reviews on here about KN…
Some bad reviews on here about KN groupr. If it's any interest, their
installer company Circet Uk is as bad. Installed next door to me and put the cable across my gutter so maintenance is going to be tricky. Could have followed BT line and fed cable back to entry point for a better job, but they probably just do the bare minimum to get the job done. Been it touch with Circet Uk but not holding my breath for a reply!
If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would, 3 times now they have been scheduled to install broadband, everytime there is a different excuse, today was scheduled between 9am and 1pm, sat in waiting and at 12:30 they ring and state due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot make today, and have now rescheduled for a 4th time, they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Its a shame they cannot be avoided if you need broadband as they seem to be the only company who install it.
Dreadful to deal with
So far they have been scheduled to install broadband 5 times and still I have no broadband. Every time they cancel, it's 2 weeks before the next available appointment. Just today, I had a call first thing to confirm my appointment for Monday and then 2 hours later they call to cancel saying they don't have the staff available
KN networks is a joke
KN networks is a joke. I had an appointment for today and they told me to wait between 9am to 5 pm at 4pm I call them to check where is the person and costumer services representative told me that the person will not come today and they reschedule me for another day I’m paying for new network and for the internet but I don’t have internet a thanks to KN networks.
P.s. customer service representatives don’t know what they are doing and please stay away from this company
Incompetent
Never in all my time have I experienced such incompetence and rudeness. The call centre staff and process for booking appointments is a disgrace. Unfortunately you can’t avoid them. Good luck.
The tail is wagging the dog
Called Eir to arrange service, 12 month contract, 500Gb FTTH Broadband, Landline, Tv package and mobile ported over, just under €55 per month. Installation booked in for Wednesday 25th October, great, my day off. No need to try arrange more time off. What could go wrong?
Got a message from KN Circet the following day if I wouldn’t mind pushing the installation forward to the 21st and could I give them a call to confirm. Called KN accepting the appointment but asked for a on afternoon appointment as my wife wouldn’t be finished work til 14:30, seems reasonable!
KN can only give me an ALL DAY appointment, so 4 days from now, that can’t schedule the driver to leave me til last. Said they’d leave it to 26th, I said that the installation was scheduled for 25th but they kept insisting that it was for 26th.
I rang Eir to confirm the installation date as 25th, they confirmed and I asked them to confirm it with KN as they wouldn’t take the confirmation from me, the customer.
Eir insisted that I had to do it but also gave me the number for the Fulfilment Team, 1800303733, this number is non existent.Called Eir back, same story, called KN same BS story, got bounced back and forth before the original agent who sold me the package called me back, this was over an hour AFTER I cancelled the service.
In fairness, she contacted her manager who allegedly contacted KN to fix it.
KN won’t move off 26th now and 21st is not available
There’s a SEVERE lack of Customer Service skill here.
I’m absolutely disgusted at this, the tail is definitely wagging the dog.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend Eir and by proxy, KN Circet to anyone
Basically same review as everyone else
Basically same review as everyone else
Waited in all day call open eir who is kn circet by the way and told instal had been cancelled by eir
Called eir they said it's open eir
Is there anyway I can claim a days wage back off them
Over a year waiting for broadband
Over a year waiting for broadband.
3 surveys and multiple house visits.
Ringing them every couple of days since Christmas, with the excuses for delays constantly changing.
Got comreg involved 10 weeks ago and only then did things start moving.
New poles installed 3 weeks ago but no cable.
Cable to be installed this week, but they arrived without a hoist, so delay again. And time off work being my taken for each visit.
They are now saying I need to get permission for them to access neighbouring fields, though this wasn't required when installing poles.
And no new date for installation provided. With fields softening, I fear it'll be another year before they return.
Absolute joke of a company. I hope they are not paid by the hour by the government as Joe Public is getting screwed if they are.
Do yourself a favour and contact comreg at the first hint of any problems with them
Really wish there was an alternative
A few months ago had to get these for the NBI scheme as it’s the only way I can get internet.
The countless appointments that were dropped and rescheduled by them was so frustrating. Eventually had to to get onto my local TD as I need internet for my work. (There is ZERO coverage in my area for phones even)
Eventually got it running. Recently it malfunctioned, waiting a week for a call out (again no internet for anything in the house)
Really wish there was another option to go with.
And customer service on the phone? Shocking. Almost feels like they know how bad their company is and couldn’t care less.
Cowboy Company...avoid if at all possible
Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Order fibre through Vodafone, got an appointment with them. Told them I would have to take the day off and would they please guarantee the appointment, "yeah we'll be there". Appointment was for 8am to 12pm, I waited and waited, eventually I rang them and they told me they had to cancel. Offered another appointment, guy came out, had a look at it..wasn't interested in hearing what I was telling about ducting and made is own mind up that despite there being a perfectly good ducting from pole to house, that he couldn't do it!! I'll have to get civil and a hoist...I got no communication from them for a week then a call on a Friday afternoon to say they would be there on the following Tuesday 8am to 12pm. I juggled a few things round to be there. Missed a call from them at 6.50pm on the Monday, rang then back at 7.05pm their phone line was closed. Waited the following morning for them and then I rang at 9.15am..."oh yeah sorry we won't be able to make it, it'll be another week" Absolute joke of a company, rude and inconsiderate staff...your past from pillar to post with no communication or warning at all...not informed if they are coming or not!! So I have cancelled my order with Vodafone again.
Worse company in Ireland
Worse company in Ireland , Guy named Barry with a north of Ireland accent called to my Limerick home today around 2pm stayed One minute , Serious attitude this guy shouldn’t be allowed to in gage with the public,
Thank you to your Engineer Samuel
Engineer called Samuel from circet came this morning to install full fibre on behalf of my provider vodaphone, what a lovely young man, his manners where impeccable and he was very friendly and chatty, and did his job perfectly - he's an absolute credit to the company!

The most unprofessional company I have…
The most unprofessional company I have encountered
Sub contracted by sky to fit fibre on 1st March 23
Damaged home by tearing unit from the wall and left drill holes throughout lower floor of home
Take responsibility then don't agree with quote they requested. Say they can't get anyone in our area to quote
Head of claims amanda carter is only surpassed in being unprofessional by the circet manager in the Glasgow area johnathon
Calls stop when you provide a logic on what requires to be done to make the home good again prior to circet visiting
2nd August between sky, bt and circet home is still in a state of damage
Please do not allow these people into your home to cause damage
They are the most unprofessional charlatans we have had the misfortune of encountering
The people doing the installation were…
The people doing the installation were very nice (shout to Z!) and very open to discussing how the wire came onto the property. They had to come back a second time because the pole outside was unstable, but that's not their fault.
Disaster
Disaster. Same as other reviews. Came to install fibre broadband. 3 attempts (late), 3 days off that I had to take and still no broadband. I cancelled the whole thing. Got eir to do it and sorted within 5 days.
