Order hasn’t been delivered. It’s almost 2 weeks over the due date. I believe the issue is with Fedex however I’ve sent multiple emails to knife merchant customer service with no reply.
EDIT: RECEIVED MY ITEM and had a great customer service experience. Would definitely buy from here again! I haven't heard anything about the shipping of my knife (which is meant as a present)... Ver mais

Great Knives
I've been a customer since the early 90's Used to be a chef in Las Vegas, now retired from professional cooking. I now only cook at home and back yard BBQ's. The Knife Merchant has all type of of cutleries and gadgets, This on-line knife shop is Da Best!!!

Great selection and quality
Amazing knives and secure packaging. I will be happy to shop here again. I really liked the website layout that helped me decide between the different lines of knives (I'm just a mom who wants my tomatoes to be cut and not squished!). This is a great investment that will last a very long time.

A+ customer service
I had a glitch with the online checkout but only took one phone call to remedy. The knife I ordered was delivered in short order with an incredible finishing hone on it and was ready to go straight out of the box. The knife was precisely as described in the online store and I could not be more pleased with the quality and attentive customer service. Will absolutely buy my future knives through them.

It arrived quickly
It arrived quickly, but I put option to do a sign off to received my package. I found my package by the gate and no one sign off it’ll for it. I was lucky it didn’t got stolen.

I'm very disappointed to learn that the carrier did not collect a signature on this item as we did pay for a signature to be collected upon delivery. I took a look at the tracking information and can see that the driver signed for the package which is a practice that has become increasingly common throughout the pandemic. It's an ongoing issue that leaves retailers responsible for lost merchandise despite having paid extra in shipping charges for the signature to be collected. It's very helpful when our customers let us know that the signature was not collected as this enables us to bring the issue to the attention of the courier and further address the issue. I so appreciate your letting us know about the issue and am very glad to hear that you did receive your merchandise. If there's anything else we can do to assist you please let us know!
