We had our conservatory roof replaced. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Kola construction. Lynn gave us advice on how the conversion would be completed. Phil and Jem turned up on the agreed day and completed the job in professional manner, it took 3 days and we were completely happy when the job was completed. We would use Kola again.

Professional job the tarmac and resin drive area looks perfect

They arrive when they say they will, they have sufficient staff to do the work, the work is to a high standard and they clear up at the end.

Completed work in two days which included a resin patio, an artificial lawn laid, created a raised flower bed, filled it with top soil. Previous visit included a large resin driveway, thermal painting of house walls and roof, which has reduced heating bills.

Local neibours have been impressed enough to have also contacted Kola Construction to complete work on their own properties.

We recently used the Kola team to complete a rear Garden upgrade, consisting of a Resin Bound pathway and Patio, ground levelling work and a newly laid lawn.
Over the years we have used many contractors and are familiar with most projects and finishes, however had never used Resin Bound before.
With this in mind I took some time to research various contractors and Resin specialists, before deciding on Kola - this based on other customers feedback and importantly, the clarity of bringing our vision to life during the estimate process.
The quote we received was very competitive and the timescales pledged exactly where we would have hoped they could have been.
The team who completed the job were exceptional, they are clearly happy in their work and demonstrate great pride in all they do and despite some shocking weather always managed to always leave the site clean and tidy.
Their craftsmanship and work ethic are both outstanding, arriving exactly when they said they would, keeping us informed of each stage of the process and never leaving anything they had planned for the day, half finished.
As for the project, we could not be more pleased, the end result far exceeds our expectations in every respect. Our Garden has been completely transformed and I have to say I am so pleased to have chosen the Resin finish and of course Kola, it really does look stunning.
In summary, I would not hesitate in recommending Tony and his team.
Within Kola there is clearly a deep rooted desire to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service in each project they complete, from start to finish and beyond.

The team were very professional, punctual, and courteous. I discussed ideas with them whilst the project was in progress and felt informed throughout the project. Time fortunately was not an issue for me for the project, as poor weather caused some delays, but I was confident that it would be completed when weather allowed. Really happy with the work completed on our front garden. A useless space has been turned into a very attractive area where we can now park two cars. Communication was very good with both the back office staff and the lads doing the work, with the lads telling us exactly what they were doing at the start of each day. It was quite a big job, but the lads just got on with it, they were pleasant and very hard working. We are very pleased with the finished project and we have had lots of compliments already.

From the initial enquiry to the final completion, I cannot praise this company too highly. I got good advice, excellent preparation, and the final result is exceptional. Everyone in this company was pleasant, helpful, considerate and absolutely reliable.

We have recently used Kola Construction for two projects. We have had an old and tired patio replaced and also had our conservatory replaced. We have had excellent service from the initial enquiry to the end of the work when it was no problem for them to come back to adjust things to my preference.

The plans and costs were talked through with us in detail to ensure that we had thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. The workmen were all very polite and pleasant and very clean and tidy.

We needed to have the outside of our old farmhouse rendered/painted/coated, we weren't sure what to use and how to do it. We met Joe from Kola Construction at a show, quite by chance and he was so knowledgeable about his product Properla that we had to invite him to come and quote for us. Thank goodness we did, after a free survey he advised us what was needed and gave us a quote, which we were more than happy with. Tony then came along to have a second look at the property and double check everything. The next thing we knew, the lovely Florinda from the office phoned to make arrangements for the work to start. When the team arrived to carry out the work they were so polite and courteous and professional in every way. I have never seen guys works so hard and so continuously, they were GREAT. The finished product is wonderful, we are SO pleased. We cannot thank everyone enough at Kola Construction and would thoroughly recommend them

Very competitively priced, Daniel and his team were on time and worked hard every day on site, they left our property clean and tidy at the end of each day, explaining what they had done and what was to happen the next day. Nothing was to much trouble, moving heavier garden furniture and ornaments that we couldn't manage. Good communication from the office on any issues or delays, Tony Kola, the company manager came to site a couple of times to check we were happy and things were done as we had requested. Would recommend and will definatly use them for future projects. After work was completed Joe, the regional manager, came to see that we were happy with the completed project, which we were, and we requested quotes for an Internal project we are looking to have done.

I asked for a pathway along side my new garden room. In this we were guided to the best choice of materials, and the work was done in a very timely manner. There were extras done without any worries, just a continued pleasant and happy response. We had a new Aco drain fitted alongside the room to channel the rain water from the downpipe, which was extra to the requirements. This was done at the same time as the pathway, and connected to an existing soakaway.
A very professional and excellent result.
