Feel cheated having to give them ANY stars.
Trading on Ebay as "yoltso" under the title of Kondor UK/ Exertis UK by Charlotte Banyard and Paul van Marwijk.
Faking ebay sales to make it look like they've sold things for a higher price than the sale was actually for, when the sale was actually cancelled and never occurred.
Cherry DW8000 keyboard originally listed at £8.99. After purchase, price went up to £18.99, then £51.99. Sale was cancelled, feedback option was removed, the seller kept the "items sold" number the same, making it appear that someone had paid £51.99 for the keyboard when they hadn't. No feedback left for either keyboard sold, so likely that NEITHER sale actually occurred.
They don't respond to email/phonecalls and have given fake tracking numbers according to other reviews.
Dodgy as all heck. Avoid at all cost

Kimberley to the rescue

Considering it was a busy time of year another parcel was sent out for next day delivery via DPD this time and was received on the 24th December so all worked out in the end.
Advice: Kondor please stop using DHL they are bringing your reputation down

Jessica and Paul dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally. considering that it is one of the busiest times of the year they managed to sort a problem with some defective headphones in a mater of days! A replacement was shipped by DHL and made it in time for Christmas. Saviours !

Kondor Saved Christmas
We thought Christmas was ruined - DHL had lost the parcel Kondor sent, containing my daughter's Christmas present! However, when we contacted Kondor, late afternoon on the 23rd they stepped up and got one out to us but 9am Christmas Eve! Less than 24 hours later! They didn't have to do this, DHL accepted liability, but they did it for us, to save my daughter's Christmas! Katy, who handled the case, was kind, reassuring and went over and above. She was in contact promptly and throughout, she went to the right people and she fought for our daughter. We are immensely grateful and feel that if her actions are indicative of the ethos of this company then there are still good companies out there - Katy... and Kondor, saved Christmas!
Unexpected great service
I have an 8 year old speaker supplied by Kondor and it recently developed a playback issue when streaming to it. Given the age I was hoping for some tried and tested ideas to resolve the issue, otherwise it was for the scrap heap.
Two employees chatted over email across 2 weeks and they patiently helped me try various options. Unfortunately none of these worked but it was a great surprise that they made me a great offer on a replacement piece of kit, so good I couldn’t refuse!
Thank you Kondor team, more and more there are few companies that put themselves out and take a hit on their margins to please a customer.

I was mislead into thinking I would receive a free gift when purchasing a new phone with EE. Over 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for the gift. Not much in the way of correspondence from kondor and what correspondence I have received hasn't turned out to be true. I have spoken to EE on numerous occasions and although they have been very sympathetic and helpful, EE must take some level of responsibility for continuing to use such an incompetent company.
Kondor what a disgrace!
Kondor should be ashamed of themselves zero customer service spent the whole day calling them and I mean all day and not one response. What is the point is like to know how they get deals with other companies such as EE because even they can't contact them would like to know how it was even arranged! Ruined my boys Christmas as I know now I won't get my gift in time because of being late on their part! Fuming isn't the word this needs taking to the papers?!!

Absolutely awful, I cannot belive EE are using this disgraceful company. I had to wait ages for the TV to arrive and when it was finally dispatched to DHL I was contacted by DHL to say there had been an error receiving the parcel from the sender and to contact Kondor, which would be OK if they ever answered their phones (just rings and rings and rings then throws you back to the switchboard) or an email which isn't an automated reply!! Shame on both parties

Disgusting service
Awful service. Went through ee to recieve a free Christmas gift {Nintendo switch} I was promised by ee in time for Christmas. Sat here 8 days before Christmas with an automated reply from kondor saying 7 to 15 working days. I have had no contact from kondor direct... Don't even know if it's on its way.
Thanks for ruining Christmas. I have been with EE for 6 years and I get treated like this and get offered £10 for the stress. Great service from both company's... NOT.
Received a faulty TV via my free gift…
Received a faulty TV via my free gift with EE. That was on the 1st of December. Was told by them via email on the 5th (managed to speak to someone) that I would get the replacement by the end of the week when more stock arrived. I have repeatedly emailed and phoned but no awnser. EE have washed their hands of the problem and said it wasn't their problem and their hands are tied. Beyond awful!

Impossible to contact
Had issues with my code for my free EE christmas gift. Have tried multiple times to contact them via phone or email and had no reply. Iv never dealt with such a poor company in all my life it's literally impossible to contact them. If EE has any sense they will change to a different supplier as any association with this tin pot outfit will do them no favours
I purchased an upgraded phone through…
I purchased an upgraded phone through EE on 21st November. Part of the deal with this contract was the Christmas (emphasis on Christmas) free gift that was either a Toshiba Tv or a Nintendo Switch.
My window for receiving a text came however, no text with the information on how to claim the free gift was forthcoming.
After a lot of back and forth with EE customer services, who to be fair were quite helpful and patient, I was referred to Kondor through their contact number and email.
I sent an email and tried to call them innumerable times, sometimes waiting on the phone for up to an hour or so.
So far I have yet to get through to an actual person. Their phone seems to be set up as a continuous loop, and whether you hold or foolishly go for an option, it still simply rings endlessly until eventually you are referred back to the start of the sequence. Even EE customer service personnel I spoke with had been unable to contact Kondor when chasing up the free gift.
My guess here is that there is a problem with supply and the popularity of this offer was underestimated by both EE and Kondor and so they are now dodging phone calls from customers. However, that is not the fault of the consumer and I think this deal should be honoured, particularly as I have been informed that today (13th December) is the last day I can claim the gift for an X-mas delivery, before having to wait till next month.
I had planned to get my nephews a Nintendo Switch for Christmas, this now looks unlikely to happen.
It's hardly a Christmas gift if it only arrives after the fact.
