Its a SCAM, they take all of your personal details and share them with outside companies. There is no GDPR followed what so ever and this should be reported to trading standards!! It says on the website if you are not happy we will refund in full (Kooma Guarentee) I asked for a refund and inspite of giving an ACCOUNT number, the lady kept asking me other personal details (most of which i did share)?? Then she says I will close your account?? The readers on here mostly offer chat service and take ages to reply so you can cross the 3 min threshold, once you are over that to get a refund if you don't like the reading is a nightmare. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONIES & NEVER USE THE COMPANY. ITS EXPLOITATION OF THE VULNERABLE!!

Ive worked for kooma as a reader for many years I've always found it a great company to work for

I have some preferred readers, who I found through trial and error over the years. Consistently correct about my situation, insightful, with many accurate predictions.

I made a £15 payment went from my bank account but not on my kooma account
I message at least 15 time to resolve this
Now they want back statements

Surly using common sense would be to add the talk time up against payments made
And refund £15
It’s a unfriendly poor customer service

I've been using Kooma for over 5 years and it's my favourite go-to service when I need some insight. I've always found it a professional service and I believe the readers are authentic and truly have many different gifts. I always have excellent readings from all of the readers. I have been doing this for three years now and never had a problem. I ask the questions and they give me the answers. They are unable to comment on health or legal but this is understandable. They have made changes where I am unable to make reviews but I do not see a problem with this. The readers are all lovely and I love to be able to get a reading off of them.

Kooma readers are some of the most ethical, professional and genuine readers in the industry. The price is very fair and you can can change reader in the first three minutes if you don’t feel a good fit. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. What a great way to seek guidance and advice

I have had a lot of readings over the years and personally I have found that Kooma is the best site to use . I have used other sites that charge you while readers are going through intros which Kooma don’t so that is a big incentive for me. The readers are ethical and polite and I would highly recommend this site to anyone that is looking for guidance.

Kooma provides a good service for people looking for guidance and help from a reading. It provides a reasonably priced service and there is help for clients if needed.
It is a company who deliver what they say and do not mislead people. I have been totally satisfied with them.

I have found that if you hit on the right reader and connect well. It can be a a very uplifting experience on Kooma and if you don't get the news you'd hoped for refarding Live life etc.., most Readers will try to let you down gently while being honest about your situation. But still try to empower you.
I have my favorites but also try to connect with new readers. Having a reading is a bit like life. Some people you connect with and some you dont.
I feel its similar with Psychics.
You just have to find your connection.
Will carry on using Kooma when I need to and have faith in the Genuine Empathic Readers who are doing a great job.

i thoughly enjoy my readings with kooma the readers are always on point that i have had readings with.
I've had readings on a few places and tend to come back here as i know ill get the truth and honesty that i want not being told something i want to here it is hard but there is also a way threw and the reader helps you to find and see that if you can't see it your self as life is hard sometimes.
all very helpful and gifted in their own right. when I have had readings.
customer service is also quick to reply to their mail and is always there to help.

I really like Kooma as they're very ethical. All the readers are vetted before they're included on the site and they aren't incentivised to keep callers on the line for as long as possible. There are plenty to choose from and you can change your reader within the first three minutes of your call if you don't feel there's a connection. Definitely worth a try if you need a little bit of extra guidance.

I have used kooma in the past but won’t use it now they have removed the reviews I use to use these to decide who I was going to pick.

Absolutely shocking… your asked to connect with a reader and give your name and are you over 18 by the time you have answered that 3 mins are up and your charged.. this has occurred multiple different times. My dad passed recently and this was something I was clinging too but I now realise what an absolute con it is AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you leave a 1 star review on a reader your told that this won’t appear on the readers page because they are looking for fairer ways to review??? Hmmmm ok
