A good experience for me with KP Law….

A good experience for me with the team at KP Law. Each associate that contacted me has been kind and compassionate, and explained everything in detail. Emails have been replied to and follow up phone calls made after contact.
I do agree with past reviews that fees are extremely high, but no different to other law firms, and i understand the reasons given.

Mine has been quite a long process

Mine has been quite a long process.
From start to semi completion (which is where we currently are) I have found all colleagues at KP Law, enormously helpful, patient and kind.
Easy to contact, easy to speak with.
They maintained contact with me keeping me updated.
Any questions I had they answered promptly.
There was no information that I needed that wasn’t to my knowledge provided promptly and honestly.
I’m always a little reluctant to comment as everyone will have a different experience.
But from my point of view I have felt like my situation was being handled by people who genuinely cared.
Thank you all at KP Law that I had any communication with 5⭐️
PS; I will note location but my case may have been cared for by both offices.
Date is of review. The whole process has been several years, I am unable to recall the beginning dates of the process.
All excellent from my point of view.

I wouldn't bother using this law firm

I wouldn't bother using this law firm. They are tremendously incompetent and a complete waste of time - I used them for a JD Sports date breach where customer's information and details were stolen in a hack. They take almost a year to provide each update and never actually do anything. Stay clear and use someone else who may be able to provide you with some sort of service. I am furious to be honest - You have to jump through hoops providing them this and that information all to be told - Computer says no!! Jokers!!

Absolutely the worst engagement I have…

Absolutely the worst engagement I have ever experienced.

They call, you miss the call. You call back, to be greeted with a full voicemail inbox and an automatic hangup.

They send an email. You respond to email and attach personal identifying documents. They do not acknowledge receipt of your personal data. Then send you another email asking to confirm your name, age, service...

Not impressed. I have asked them to stop processing my information...

I clicked on their link on LinkedIn to…

I clicked on their link on LinkedIn to start a hearing loss claim as I'd been in the Army for 22 years. I called them twice, but they didn't call back like they said they would. I then got daily emails stating they'd tried to contact me, which they hadn't. I then answered some questions on one of their emails and then got someone who sounded like they were in a call centre in Africa. I told them I'd be available the next day. Then got another call a few hours later from a call centre about the questionnaires. They're a bit 'chip shop' 'ambulance chaser' types I think. I'll take the claim with a company a bit more professional.
23/12/2025 : These people are relentless. Voicemail messages all the time. They're a bit desperate.

Dixons/Currys Data Breach

Re. Dixons/Currys Data Breach. KP Law did what they said they would do. The asymmetry between the courts and the consumer is too wide and that is why many claims fail. I won't going to Dixons/Currys again, that's for sure.

Reading all the reviews from many many…

Reading all the reviews from many many unhappy clients I must say I do agree on the 40% extortionate fees plus vat are beyond a reasonable amount despite their reasons to justify this . They have simply told me I have av case to claim then immediately want a review ! You have not yet done anything for me . From all these reviews I’m not putting my hopes up one bit .

Scam likely to cost money

Simple sign up but vague charges … 40% plus vat plus expenses…. Expenses likely to be more than the value professional scammers at their best

KP Law dropped the case

KP Law were asked to represent me in a data breach case. They sent some documents over late Friday and then by Monday morning said they weren't moving forward with the case cause it was too late to process the documents, despite only sending them days before!
They also don't return calls despite me requesting a callback by both phone and email
Would never use this dodgy company again

5 years and no further forward!

5 years ago I stupidly joined the Mercedes class claim for diesel emissions with Keller Lenkner (who i have today discovered were taken over by KP Law). I have received possibility 4 maybe 5 emails in all that time, three of them asking me to re-send the information they had already had. no communication now for approximately a year, and no notice that the firm had been sold, or what is happening with the claim. I have submitted a complaint today and plan to pursue with the legal ombudsman and SRA too. The extremely poor practice I have seen makes me seriously doubt the legitimacy of any of the "good" reviews I've seen on here!

WASTE OF TIME

For five years, this has been a stalemate process. During this time, they have sent ad hoc emails seeking further information. They have had ALL the details of ALL our vehicles, which had already been supplied at the start of the process. As most other reviewers state, this is a waste of time and effort. This week's email was sent from Witnesswise.?? There doesn't seem to be a real 'person' to discuss this with, so I will give up!

My Mercedes claim has been going on for 5 years. Last update was 5 months ago with a generic email. Keller Lenkner sold the company to KP Law and left everyone in the lurch. There doesn’t seem to be anyone I can complain to?
