Fantastic experience
Great procedure from start to finish, 3 weeks after seeing good results already. Couldn't recommend enough, Charlie was also fantastic with information over the phone and made me feel at ease over any issues I had!

Great Experience
After a number of years contemplating to have my hair done I decided to take the plunge and what a great place to have it done.
KSL Clinic in Manchester made the whole process very easy and very comfortable from initial enquiry to procedure.

2nd PRP session
Had my 2nd PRP session this time with Claire the nurse on site. Claire was lovely and so reassuring and knowledgeable to talk to. The pain was very minimal, and I would recommend this procedure to anyone who has had a hair transplant. Excellent customer service from the whole KSL team. Looking forward to my 3rd session this weekend.

PRP Newcastle
Went for my umpteenth PRP session today. This time in Newcastle which was fantastic for me. So glad KSL have started working up here. Instead of a full day round trip to Manchester it was an hour including treatment! Met Claire who did my PRP. Very knowledgeable, friendly and explained fully procedure. An asset to KSL for sure. Relatively painless and in and out within 20 minutes. Look forward to my next treatment in 6 months. Here’s hoping it’s Newcastle again! I’d recommend PRP to anyone considering it. My hair is the best it’s been since a teenager! 😄

PRP treatment
We came in June for a PRP treatment. The receptionist was really welcoming and accommodating and the doctor who performed the procedure was super knowledgeable and reassuring. We highly recommend KSL to anyone going through hair loss!!
