Expert en baratin lors du premier contact prônant les valeurs ! Les meilleurs les plus grands ayant le monopole bla bla bla … pas une visite, des semaines avant d’obtenir le double du mandat (du jamais vu !) photos bidons qui ne mettent pas le bien valeur, com très élevée
Aucune réponse aux mails au siège d evry (aucune correction), ne répondent jamais au téléphone. En revanche pour vous harceler avant la signature du mandat ils sont champions !!! A fuir ! En litige je ne vais pas en rester là

Listed a mobile home stating it was in good condition but after inspection found out the place had all sorts of problems that should have been disclosed in the description or to the buyer’s agent. Inspection cost was $399!!! Wasted money that could have been avoided had this listing agent been more honest prior to inspection. Had buyer been disclosed all the problems ahead of time would have saved $399… Be very careful of this company and its agents.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When the estate agent initially came round she was lovely and polite I thought she worked for herself no mention of keller williams, so support an individual agent as I like to support local.
She came to take all the pictures and put the advert up before even sending me pictures and advert for approval it was up on rightmove I asked for different pictures as the qualify were very poor, she stated these are the picture I use OK fair enough she's the expert

I put my house up with another agent the lady rang me stating she was a sole agent and I could not advertise with another company which I was also not made aware off, I told her I'd contact the other company and get them to take it fown which she then stated I looked cheap tacky and desperate, not how I should be spoken to at all by someone who is meant to be taking the stress away from selling my house. She then rang the other company as it was not down instantly and as she stated "it's just a click of and button and it's instantly down"

I decided to take my house of the property with this lady as she caused me so much stress worry and anxiety it was unreal. I canceled within the 14 day cooling off period, but recieved an email to stated if I sold a property within 6m she would charge me 1% plus VAT! IM sure this is wrong but trying to get any help from keller williams has proved extremely difficult and no clear answer or support from them at all. Yet as previously stated a click of a button and the house would be off it took the lady over 24hours to removed my property from the market

I would not recomened this company at all they are not professional or helpful.

Agent immobilier trompeur : elle a promis à mon père, vendeur, un déménagement pris en charge par leurs soins s'il signai l'exclu... Ce qu'il a fait avec pourtant des honoraires exorbitants et un prix de vente relativement bas pour le marché.
Et maintenant que le compromis est signé, elle lui apprend que non, elle s'est "trompée", ce n'est pas inclus. "On s'est mal compris".
Très déçu. Nous ne recommandans pas.

Absolute Joke Company (Bromley Kent Branch). Advertise property on Rightmove, don’t reply to e-mails, don’t answer telephone or voicemails, how do they expect to sell property? I’m now approaching owner direct. Don’t use this circus if you a serious about selling your property.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! We listed our home in Elpaso tx. Which is a hot market and it was a horrible experience.Christina Vasquez should not have a real estate license at all! Keller Williams kw is a complete crap show! My wife has done more to sell this house than our realtor did. She didn't even show up to the closing! I won't recommend this realtor or Keller Williams to anyone! If you have them representing you run away fast! You won't be happy...

So, I never dealt such an unprofessional agent. I had a sale price agreed and I instructed and paid for solicitor as well as the building surveyor. Now I got a called this morning saying seller has accepted a higher offer and asked me to match that. I am sure it is a lie and they had someone in their books and were still accepting offers even after they agreed with us...I lost £1000 just because of this behavior..Never go with them even if they are the last agent on earth

Well 2 phone calls later one email request contact form and one live chat still not heard back today about viewing a very expensive house somebody did call back just to say the house was sold so why is it still online for sale ! think we need to move on and look around again so glad our property isn’t with them !

The representative of this so called company in rossington doncaster is an absolute disgrace , a price was agreed with the seller then they underhanded approached other potential buyers which they have in their little black book and agreed a sale minutes before I instructed solicitors to act on my behalf which would have incurred considerable costs, once again dirty underhanded Estate agents taking back handers and selling properties from under honest working people to facilitate these hedge funds and companys buying all the so called affordable housing stock. End of rant please do not deal with these fraudsters.

I contacted an agent through the KW website, asking for information about looking for a home. Never received a reply. I attempted to reach out to another agent through the website again, and still no reply.
What is the point of an agent if they do not care to assist customers?

Moving on to another company that actually cares.

PLEASE READ!! Do not work with Keller Williams/RPM!!!

We hired RPM Home Advisors (Keller Williams Midtown Atlanta) to represent us as buyers. As the direct result of an error made by their agent, we ended up spending 18k in repairs shortly after the sale. Essentially, the agent acted on her own behalf without our consent. We approached one of the partners at RPM to explain the situation; he agreed that the agent was at fault and said that he would follow up with his team to try to provide some additional training. When I asked about filing an E&O insurance claim he said “that is above my pay grade”, but put me in contact with someone else.
We filed a legitimate claim which included supporting documentation- emails, texts, expert reports and receipts. Our claim was ultimately denied (months later)specifically because they said that there was an email chain provided by the agent that showed I was not only aware of the error in question, but that I authorized the agent to proceed anyway. The problem is, that email chain DOES NOT EXIST. I have repeatedly asked all parties for a copy of the email and they have refused, saying that they are not obligated to prove their case to me. You would think if there was an email to prove their side, they would gladly hand it over.
I am shocked at how we have been treated by this agency. When we entered into this arrangement, I was not expecting lies, deceit, fraud or incompetence. I really hope this never happens to anyone else so please take my advice to heart.

They're honestly a shambles of a company.

Received a hand written letter in all caps with poor grammar from a Thomas Elrod, who works as a realtor for this company. The letter asks me if I am willing to sell my house to one of his clients. Very unprofessional and amateurish. It's like a fourth grader wrote the letter. Your better off seeking help selling your house from a McDonald's burger flipper.

Never let this company sell your house phone call after phone call, emails never returned one call and I’m trying to buy someone’s house , all I wanted was the home report so give this agent a wide berth .
