my hair has not turned up and they are giving me very little information.

I understand that’s parcels go missing but my tracking information has disappeared and the emails I’m getting are”we will look into it”. Then I get no communication for days.
Its shocking.
Not sure if I will receive my parcel or get a refund as they have zero interest

Very fast delivery, perfect colour match (ice blonde nanos) great price and quality. Was worried when I saw rhe reviews after purchase but I shouldn't have been, I am so happy with purchase.

I ordered with next day delivery and 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting for my order! I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, phone number is off and no response. I have reported this to Klarna.
Please do not order and risk losing your money and not receiving your goods. Very disappointing that this company is taking people’s hard earned money in an already difficult time for so many!

4 weeks still no hair one email back after sending multiple emails and calls watssapps nothing been sent out according to delivery service so clearly taken my money and run unfortunately these silly bussiness continues to run please AVIODAVIOD!!!

Offered next day delivery, waited 2 weeks fot the extensions to finally turn up, the wrong colour and length, I have emailed, called, live chatted to try and return this and they just ignore you! Disgusting custome service, scam artists...AVOID!

I made a purchase with high expectations, and I’m happy to say they were met. The extensions arrived as described, full, well-made, and great quality throughout. Communication was clear and professional, which made the whole experience smooth. Overall, I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Do NOT order from these people, wrong colour and extensions sent, have emailed 10 times and have been ignored...complete scam and rip off....please don't waste your money on them, I've opened a dispute with clearway, rude, ignorant scam artists please belive these reviews and don't order from them, people like this need bringing down...they take our hard earned money and send us complete rubbish then ignore you...this should not be allowed to happen!!

I’m really impressed with this purchase. The hair is full, tangle free, and looks super natural to me. The delivery was smooth and came right on time with clear updates. Two of my colleagues already asked me for the link after seeing it.

I ordered nano ring hair extensions and the first time I used this company i had no problems loved the hair was really good quality no issue with delivery came in a timely manner i was very happy , so I ordered again for the second time , unfortunately they sent me the incorrect shade , it took them nine days and numerous emails before they responded to say they would exchange my order and provided me with a return address . I sent the order signed for via royal mail and it has now been 6 weeks since they had the incorrect item back and they have not sent me the correct order , They are no longer responding to my emails and there contact number just calls out . I have had to now raise a dispute through clear pay to see if they can help me get my money back 😡

Parcel left outside in public area..not delivered to me, after weeks and weeks to date trying to contact this company they,would not respond. The telephone number provided on their website they do not answer,lost count how many messages.emails,calls i make it am ignored, I am going through legal proceedings to get my refund and expose this company, the couriers have responded by telling me this company have to put in a claim on my behalf but the company ignore all my requests. I should have read reviews first DO NOT PURCHASE..AVOID LOOSING YOUR MONEY..IF THIS WILL HELP ONE PERSON PASS THOS REVIEW ON.TO OTHER VICTIMS.

Would not order from here the extensions look nothing like the pictures on there website and wouldn’t say there real hair either considering they don’t curl

Ordered from here thinking I would get good quality hair extensions. When spending this amount of money you expect good quality. I ordered double drawn 24inch nano ring hair extensions, I needed double drawn due to how thick my hair is. They came and they are so so thin, each nano ring hardly had any hair on, they were all snapped so were very thin on the ends. I’m not happy at all, I’ve been in touch time and time again telling them I will send them back and I want my money back as they have obviously falsely advertised and I’m not hearing a response from them. Disgusting customer service and behaviour, taking money from people and not selling the correct product. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered from this company for the first time and I’m honestly so impressed! Shipping was super quick, the hair feels amazing, and the customer service team was so helpful. I had some concerns before buying, but they answered everything clearly and gave me peace of mind. I’m really happy I chose them.

Please do not buy from this company. I brought hair extensions a while back on the basis I get them next day delivery they didn’t turn up till 3/4 weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund. Two months later. I am now unable to get a refund from my bank and the company had stopped replying to me about a refund so I have now paid £70 for hair extensions I don’t even have

Never arrived after I have been contacting them for 3 days and I am being ignored

Order never arrived, said they would refund which never happened. They then continued to ignore any further correspondence, I have now referred this to the fraud team at my bank to investigate and retrieve my money.

They will not ship your goods and will steal your money AVOID at all costs

Wish I read these reviews before buying. Ordered next day delivery 5 days later still waiting asked where the delivery was they couldn't tell me when It would be arriving (still hasn't arrived). Asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded 3 separate times and counting ignored each time. They are scammers

Scam company can post tik toks but can’t respond to emails waste of time don’t send parcels and then ignore your emails company needs shutting down
