I haven't received my parcel up until now, so I don't know what to say

I placed an order on the 30 of December, two weeks later I’m still waiting I’ve sent 2 emails asking when should i expect my order no reply it’s my first time ordering, your customer service needs improvement.

The wig came right on time and it's BEAUTIFUL! I bought a synthetic wig and it looks beautiful, you can barely tell it's a synthetic one! I'll buy more!

This was my first wig and I was just gonna use the wig as a test to see if I wanted to order one for prom in the summer and I was surprised to see how nice it was. For context I bought the Brandi wig.

I bought the Malika wig, it does not look like the photo on the website. The highlights are a lot lighter than expected and the wig is not suitable for everyday wear. It looks more like a costume wig. I have spoken to customer services by emai, and sent them photos of my wig. Nothing has been done and they claim the highlights are darker in the photo due to the lighting. This does not appear to be the case because the wig looks substantially different on the website. Nowhere on the website do I see that colors may vary.

I never received my order and I couldn’t get anybody on the phone.
Really disappointed by my experience with this brand.

Items not received yet. It’s taking too long

I ordered a wig 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. The communication from their customer service is so bad and they’re still making me wait for a wig I ordered a very long time ago.

It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Sender doesn’t give any information about shipping, contacted them twice and received generic response. Still waiting for order to arrive and ordered 8 days ago.

Their customer service is ridiculous! They barely responded to my emails and I had to keep chasing them for a refund for almost 2 weeks.

Item looks even better,very full wig,shipping to Norway didn't take long,very happy with the product and I'm definitely buying from them again

Looked matt and shiny at the same time, I know doesn’t make sense.Also I knows it’s synthetic but I’ve seen better for cheaper. Also I paid for quick shipping but it took longer.Will never buy again not for me!

I purchased a wig, there was no picture of the wig without being on someone's head in a posed pic, so you couldn't see how big the closure was or how the wig would come looking. There was also no information about the size of the closure. My biggest qualm though is it says it 'fits any head size' in the description, this is a bold statement to make for a business that doesn't do returns. This is one of the smallest wigs I've ever tried, it couldn't get around my hair never mind my head. There needs to be info on cap circumference and closure size. The wig is useless to me , waste of good money.

I love LA'BELLÓ beauty wigs!!!! Good quality and totally inexpensive. The curly wigs are great bc you don't have to worry about a part or the hair line. It just looks REAL!!!!

Oohh this wig is so silky and soft! Really gorgeous colour.

I have waited over a month and owner said the wig hasn’t even been processed yet. No confirmation number, no tracking number, and it has not even been sent. I usually am never one to complain but this is almost a scam. So disappointed and will be telling family and friends to steer clear of this company from here on out.

The wigs took almost 3 weeks to arrive and When the wigs arrived it just did not fit me in terms of colour and the only wig I liked was too small for my head. I messaged to return them for refund but they said they don’t accept refunds now am stuck with the wigs :(
