Large warehouse/3 floor office-Laddersfree are a very professional, courteous and reliable company. We've just relocated to a new site and had our 1st clean yesterday. The 2 operatives who came were extremely polite, thorough and on time. They used our platform to reach the higher areas because of obstructions. Lindsey in the office e-mailed me the operatives certification for the MEWP and the whole process was spot on. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Darren WT Transport

Laddersfree have not only delivered an excellently priced service but have also been very professional and accommodating, we had Lee and his team clean our site at the British Horse Society and they've done an excellent job both times. Even when pressed for time Lee and his team have been able to deliver a quality service, and I would highly recommend Laddersfree.

Today was our first clean with Laddersfree (Matt form Grimsby), our office windows have not looked this good for years.
Previous cleaners were only ever on-site for maximum of 30 minutes to clean approx 40+ windows, an entrance door, large building sign, the gatehouse, relevant signage on premises gates and 2 roadside signs, the windows basically had a bit of water squirted on them and the dirt moved around, they actually looked worse than when they started, BUT after being visited by 3 other window cleaners, we decided on Matt of Laddersfree, thorough assessment of the job and fully detailed quote given and today Matt set about the job and gave all the windows a flipping good clean, it took him over 2 hours, but there isn't a mark on them!, window ledges done, corners cleaned and not a mark left on them. Very happy with the service received. Thank you Matt.

After getting many quotes locally , Ladders free were by far the cheapest but the website looked very professional . Lee, the operative was on time , polite and the job the did considering the windows of our office had not been cleaned since last Autumn was brilliant. It was nice to have a follow up email to see if we were happy also . Good customer service .

Mark Cram and his team from York were extremely efficient at completing both our internal and external window cleans to a very high standard. Mark and his team remained professional throughout following our H&S control of contractor requirements as well ad their own safety procedures. Staff on there return to work the following Monday have made positive comments from their perspective.
