I ordered 2 items and then initiated a return as they didn't fit - believing that I would pay just 20 euros according to their website for the return from Australia. However, I was slugged. $275 AUD all up as there is a clause hidden on their website that duties are not refunded. The heading that the clause was written in was "When will I receive my refund" which has NOTHING to do with the payment of duties. Disgusting scam like tactic, and I really want to warn everyone that I can not to do business with this label.

I ordered 3 items, and received only 2 of them. I contacted them using WhatsApp, as they recommended, 2 days later I’ve had no response. I contacted by phone and they don’t take calls. Contacted by email and no response. Their clothes are very expensive and I’ve been buying for years. I’m appalled at their customer service.

J’ai retourné le jour même une robe trop grande qu’ils ont bien reçue (FedEx confirmation)le 4 novembre 2025 et je n’ai à ce jour, 1 mois après, toujours pas de remboursement … malgré de nombreux appels sur un tel qui n’est qu’un répondeur, de nombreux mails, messages sur WhatsApp etc… ils sont injoignables… aucune réponse..
je suis furieuse 😡 et franchement je déconseille d’acheter sur leur e shop!

Beautiful clothes - miserable customer service, no proactive communication, no shipping confirmation, nothing nada. Still waiting for my goods ordered on August 5 with max 4 working days delivery promise. Raised multpile inquries. No answers.

Beautiful dress and very cute packaging, but the quality does not match the price. I paid for express delivery but received the dress far too late. The sizing is also very inaccurate, it runs way too small.

I loved those long cotton tiered skirt. So many pretty prints. So expensive - I imagined the quality must be outstanding. Then I saw the clothing in person. What? I was disappointed. The quality was not high. It was sad. It was confusing. What?

Online the clothes look fantastic and plenty of blurb about joining like minded fashion lovers . Bought a pair of jeans which were very expensive but after a lengthy dispatch time I loved. Chose to buy another pair in the same range and same size . Much much smaller which isn’t very consistent but then the real fun started . Return postage is payable by buyer . Unusual but ok .However you still pay the VAT on the item even if it’s returned ! None of the big fashion websites do that and it isn’t made clear at all when you are buying . Moreover no communication at all . I sent emails and what’s app messages plus tried to contact them on the live chat . No response at all . Also signed up for several back in stock notifications and got no response at all even though I noticed some of the items came back into stock . Don’t buy from this company - sizing is inconsistent , no communication , lengthy delivery times, if you live outside the EU you don’t get VAT refunded when items are returned and although the products are nice ( hence the second star ) , the prices are totally off the scale for what you’re getting . Stick with the real big names if you’re paying that kind of money and you won’t be ripped off . Really disappointed

Ordered dress came on time,DHL service was excellent. Quality of dress doesn't, match the price. Feather is falling, part of dress around neck is darker(somebody already tried dress?)

You really need your bumps feeling if you’re prepared to pay £650 for a distinctly average dress that is in effect no more than a long T shirt made in China and finished in Italy. May as well shop with Temu.

I had been very concerned having ordered the product before I read the reviews. The concern seemed to be borne out by the fact that the payment was taken as soon as the order was made, rather than on despatch. HOWEVER, the dress arrived on the fourth day after ordering (to UK from Italy), with great communication from the courier (DHL). It was nicely packaged (wrapped in tissue in a branded box, inside a plain cardboard box). The dress itself is WAY too long - you’d need to be 6 feet tall for it to be the length in the pics (but that can be fixed) and the silk twill and print are lovely. That said, over £500 for a simple t shirt dress is very steep and so on value for money, I don’t think I can score higher.

Je constate que faire un achat est beaucoup plus facile que de se faire rembourser par la Double J.
j'ai renvoyé un article il y a 10 jours et je n'ai aucune nouvelle depuis, ni remboursement !
J'ai déjà écrit 3 fois et je n'ai pas de réponse.
Je suis très en colère car cet article coute 490€ et je n'ai aucune garantie de remboursement car personne ne répond.
Je ne recommande pas ce site.
Dommage car j'aime beaucoup la marque.
J'ajoute que le numéro de téléphone du service clients ne répond jamais et il bascule immédiatement sur un message qui demande de rappeler plus tard...
Proprement inacceptable

I ordered a dress and I didn’t receive it and after asking multiple people for support I was given no help I emailed and called and I feel like I’ve been scammed. Hopefully someone answers.

I have never been so discouraged as a consumer. I purchased a dress that cost $1400 for my sisters wedding. Unfortunately it did not fit. I went through their detailed return process. It’s been a FULL MONTH since I shipped back via fedex and I still have not seen the credit hit my card. I had to literally raise hell on their social media to finally get this processed. Still awaiting my credit. They say in their FAQs that they need 10 days after arrival at their warehouse to process a return. Why am I waiting a month? Do not buy directly from this company.

Amazing design and very good customer service.
I ordered a wonderful dress a few weeks ago and the shipping service was very fast.
Later, I had to request a different size, and I can confidently confirm that their customer support is both friendly and attentive.
Plus: amazing packaging.

Used to like this brand more.. quality is good but not always worth the money. I bought already a few items but my last order was very disappointing for a different aspect: the shipping and delivery time on the website is misleading. I paid 20€ (!) for an express delivery (1working day as stated on their website) and ordered 4 days ago. Haven’t received anything yet and customer service is extremely slow and non very responsive or effective. Asked for a refund of the shipping costs, and no answer received yet.

I returned an order consisting of two items to the online shopping branch of this retailer. I received an e-mail from them informing me that I would receive a full refund. I was only refunded - via paypal - for one item.

In an attempt to discover why, I tried to call the customer services number provided on their website on a number of occasions. Their agents were/are never available. The answerphone message asks you to leave your name and contact telephone number so that they can contact you once they are free. I still have not heard from them two months later.

I therefore e-mailed them. I was informed that they had not in fact received the second item, very mysterious when the e-mail I received from them initially confirmed that I would be given a refund for the full amount of the order. They even quoted the amount for the two items.

They then said they would launch an investigation and contact the courier and their own warehouse. They never got back to me with the result of the investigation. I had to e-mail them. When they finally replied, I was informed that they would not be able to refund me for the second item on this occasion as they couldn't find it.

Do be very careful in dealings with this retailer's online service. Better to buy the brand from a shop in the UK.

This company is just horrible! I ordered a skirt from their website and not only did it arrive crammed (and very wrinkled) into the tiniest box FedEx makes, it was so wet that the tissue paper in the box had absorbed the dyes from the skirt. The FedEx box was bone dry on the outside, so it had to have been packed wet. There was also no protective plastic cover for the skirt, just a single crumpled piece of tissue.

I am just appalled that any so-called reputable company would do something so disgraceful! The return label was so wet it was barely legible, but fortunately the folks at FedEx were able to salvage it and back to Italy it has gone!

Finally, they NEVER reply to emails! Non-existent customer service!
