The worst company I've ever dealt with. They were late with the delivery, and now I've been waiting a week to pick up tower. I call every day and they say someone will be in touch, and every day I get emails saying it's being picked up today, but it never happened. I don't recommend them at all.

Delightful agent Sonja sorting out order glitch - great recovery. Not everyone is perfect every time, so brilliant to be able to smooth bumps in road :-)

First time using this company for a tower hire, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, highly recommended!!

This was a fast and simple process, hire was easy and very well priced, delivery and collection were good and the drivers very helpful.
There was a point that one of my emails was answered by multiple staff, I guess you can never have too much great customer service!
Would highly recommend and use again!

Support team were very informative and helpful.
After sales was great and kept in touch making sure everything is OK.
There was no pressure to off-hire which was appreciated given the weather we were having was causing us a delay in utilizing the equipment.

We have used Lakeside Hire for Heras fencing hire several times now and they are always really quick to respond to the initial query and get it booked in / confirmed.
The deliveries and collections have always gone smoothly and they try to accommodate our requests for AM / PM delivery / collection where possible.

The rates seem pretty reasonable too.

Overall I have been very impressed in our dealings with Lakeside and they are now our first stop when we need to hire something (usually at short notice!).

Lakeside hire could not have been more helpful whilst processing my order for the stair case scaffold tower. From delivery of the product where the driver was very helpful re explaining how it all went together. A top We have used Lakeside for a number of years now and they have never let us down, hired items are always delivered when we need them and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Highly professional, easy to deal with and super quick delivery and collection. In a sea of UK business mediocrity these guys definitely stand outside.

Being new to hiring a scaffolding tower I was so impressed with the price and the personable, helpful service, (and how informative and straightforward the website is. It explains everything so clearly and walks you through the process)

Building it is like basic clip together Lego!! So it’s easy to build and to take back down

The guys delivering and picking it back were up were very friendly and helpful.

If I’d known how great it was I’d have done this long ago. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future
