I Ordered the magnetic window cleaner - don’t do it! Useless - fell off the window - who doesn’t have double glazing now? Just not powerful enough - crap. They also charged me more than the order said. Don’t use this company.

I ordered something it took forever to arrive I kept sending emails and got no help apart from being sent to a page that was not at all helpful. When order did finally arrive the box was so damaged it was ridiculous so I emailed their customer service which was on a card with 24 in the title I stupidly thought I would get a response in 24 hours. A week later and 2 emails later nothing. So please do not order anything !

I would give no stars if I could, bought a magnetic window cleaner from them. The reason I picked there's over others was because they said they did UK double glazing and gave measurements, even when I sent them a film of or falling off the window they will not give a refund.Theybsaid the postage back to them is very expensive and they would give me a £2 refund. After lots of back and forth emails they have now gone quiet. I have emailed them again tonight bet I get nothing back.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought there toilet cleaner on 22nd August. Item is very cheap and does not do what it advertised to do. Contact them to return they said they can't refund to keep or give a friend. There customer service is very poor.

I’m shitting myself as like an idiot I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. I’m still waiting on a magnetic window cleaner and I can’t get through to them .

This company is a total rip off, I ordered some glasses which were supposed to give you perfect vision but I couldn’t see a thing out of them.
I emailed them and asked for a refund if I sent them back and they said I couldn’t have one. They were very rude and told me I had to keep them and I should have a happy life. Please do not fall in to their trap because they will not refund you if the product doesn’t work. Such a rip off company !!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting company. Do not use for anything. Ordered something that was totally not fit for purpose and after several emails they offered me £2 for a refund that should have been £18... diabolical customer service. DO NOT USE.

Scam company. Largelye by name and LARGE LIE by nature.. why didn’t I see this? Basically, the glass watering birds were plastic. Fake business address etc.. cheap plastic crap from China. Charming.
I’m so glad I paid via PayPal otherwise I’d be worried about my credit card details. I’m angry that I fell for it.

This business are scammers.
when you want to return something they will refuse and send you very patronising responses and tell you that you should keep the item and that the item is worth keeping? Errm? Since when do they decide for me or decide if I should like or keep an item? they then proceeded to tell me that if I really don't want the item then I should gift it to a friend or family member? Ermm!, No, I made it VERY clear that I want to return it! they also told me If I want to return it then I would need to pay extortionate transit fees. basically doing everything they possibly can avoid refunding or accepting a return! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought the toilet brush with it own container with throw away pads after use as got toilet cleaner in the pads once use you can throw it away with out touching it well I think it is absulty load of rubbish the pads kept coming off down the loo so much for the hygiene had to keep putting my hand down to get the pad so I think it’s a load of c???

Ordered glass watering birds and received cheap plastic ones . Despite contacting them they were unwilling to do anything. Before ordering I looked on their website and it claims the company was based n Wales UK but the goods actually came from China and eventually they said if I returned the goods at my own cost they would think about giving a refund but as I would have to return the item to China it probably wouldn't be worth the time and money involved

I stupidly purchased their Plastic Parts Crystal Coating advertised on Facebook, which showed a video where the liquid restores black plastic car trim. It took almost a month to arrive (from China of course) and does not do anything. It smells like the liquid we used to use for cleaning cassette tape heads, dries in seconds and the plastic looks exactly the same after application. The applicator also fell apart. Complete waste of money.

Awful company. Sent me a faulty shocking quality hair dryer. Plastic and cheap. Sent them a video of it not working and still denied a refund. Con artists!

This company is a Scam ordered Glass dip feeders £33.46 on offer from China plastic ones arrived will not give refund offered me 3 dollars compensation. PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT AS I DID

I just wished I had checked the reviews of this company before I ordered - the same as stated by others ordered the ‘glass’ bulb self watering birds - got charged an extra £4.27 which I did get refunded - when I asked what it was they told me I had requested ‘shipping insurance’ - they arrived in a Jiffy bag (not the box shown in their advert) - I contacted them and told them I had been misled and the product information was incorrect and have not heard a word from them - reading other reviews - I’m not expecting too - lesson learn’t - CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!

If I could give this company a minus rating I would. I bought the watering birds on offer. I was charged full rate plus tax . I present I was expecting to cost about £25 came in at £86. The birds are not glass but cheap plastic. The company just makes a refund impossibly difficult.
AVOID DEALING WITH LARGELYE.

I ordered a pair of sandals,but only half hour later tried to cancel the order,was told it was too late to cancel,however I could return them when I received them if they weren't right.Also like so many people I was charged more than it said,they say sorry about the mistake ad returned the difference,but how many times have they made this mistake.Now I have the sandals but guess what,there doing everything in there power to stop me returning them.I say avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a turbo shower head which I was over charged for , it took forever to arrive and when I fitted it the on off switch is not compatible with electric shower and within minutes destroyed our shower , so I had to pay £300 to replace it , was offered £3 compensation from this company... oh and generously told I could keep the shower head !

Yep same as everyone else regarding the watering birds. They are NOT glass but cheap plastic. Don’t buy!
Communication with the company was frustrating as they kept saying ‘we’re sorry you’re not happy with the product but can assure you we’ve checked with the warehouse and have sent you the correct item.’
I kept telling them they were plastic but they just ignored that. Asked for my money back as they had lied in the description. They offered £2 compensation, I got it up to £5 despite asking for full refund. I also asked them to change the description.
