Lulu was fantastic in listening to the style we wanted and giving design suggestions to make our design come to life. She was able to utilise the initial rough ideas and come up with several intriguing options that maintained the essence of what was in mind. Each step of the process was well explained, along with the inclusions, which gave great peace of mind.
